I bought a BMW X3 for my wife as a different car from our 10 Lincolns. The X3 only came with one key and the remote part did not work. The used car dealer only knew to buy a new key from BMW for a cost of $280. I buy Lincoln keys off Ebay all the time and they are easy to program with the computer-vehicle interface system I have in order to maintain all the Lincolns. I got the keys and had a hard time finding a locksmith that could even cut the keys due the the slab-type design of the key. They couldnt program the transponder however. I called a BMW dealer and they said I had to buy a new key, according to the cars VIN. Takes three days, $280 for each key. I called around to five different non-BMW store repair shops. None of them could program the keys. The last one I called told me about Lock-Doc. I called them and they said, "Sure, we do it all the time." We dropped off the little car with the two Ebay keys and picked it up later that evening. They had to pull the CAS computer module out of the car and solder wires to the card for a transponder computer to program the keys. Lots of hard work for a great price. Now we have three working keys, two new ones for a total less than one key from BMW. I found little BMW logos on Ebay to make the generic keys look like OEM keys. However, after this, Im sticking to Lincolns. I already know them and much easier to work on.

These guys are awesome. I bought a newer used Honda that has an immobilizer (so cant program myself) and it did not come with a 2nd key. I asked the dealership to cut one but they said at the price I was buying they could not include it. So I ordered an OEM key on eBay to get cut and programmed. Called the Honda stealership down the street and they would not cut and program since I did not buy the key through them even though the one I bought was OEM. Called around to the locksmiths on google and yelp and these guys came in half the price of every other locksmith I got a qoute from. Took the car to them, they had me in and out in 20 mins. Both my keys work flawlessly. I even noticed when they cut my new key how worn down the key I got with the car is. They do not "duplicate" keys they use a computer cutting machine and it makes OEM cuts based off the key its copying. Couldnt be happier. Total cost was sub $100 key, key fob, cut and program and the dealership wanted 3x that and even the other local locksmiths wanted 2x that. I am a customer for life now.

BAIT & SWITCH , was quoted 75$ total for programming and cutting sets of keys . Get to the shop and am told 120$ . Lady apologized and acknowledged her error but still charged 120$. Well wasted trip out so went ahead and got keys made. HORRIBLE customer service. No complaint with actual service. THANKS FOR TRICKING ME , shouldve expected it as it is Halloween. *********************************************** WOW amazing how the owner would BLATANTLY lie , was quoted when I told the lady I purchased two blank keys and two remotes , she calculated 30 each remote 15 for both keys to be cut , 75 $ total plus tax. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS EVER , on to YELP & any other site. THANKS FOR ACCUSING ME OF LYING, why would the lady apologize & ACKNOWLEDGE her mistake???

Was witness to original phone call , as he contacted SEVERAL other locksmiths first from my phone , screenshot can be provided. The lady stated 30$ for each remote so that equals 60$ then she calculated the keys at 15 , total 75$. If 75 your stating the remote is 60? BAIT & SWITCH OR CONFUSED EMPLOYEE. Instead try to blame customer , funny you said you might do 100 for mistake then charged 120 because you take advantage because were their. Free battery ??? Wow wow wow 2 witnesses in the car , covered the taxes ??? Told us pay cash no tax . Which is it ?

My original car key broke so I bought a blank key online. I went to Home Depot to make a copy and they said I have to buy a $70 key so they can copy it for me since they wont take the key I bought online. Then I went to this place. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They cut the key and made sure it was working before I left. The best part is.. They only charged me $5!! These guys are amazing. Definitely coming back here.

GREAT experience. Went in to get a huge flip-key for my wifes Acura and we discussed it. Ended up getting a much smaller key without the keyless entry, since its just a spare. The dealer wanted $215, their price (for the giant flip-key) was $120. Got the smaller, non-remote chipped key for $75. The whole process took ten minutes. Plus, I learned a few things about chipped keys and remotes. Good deal all around.

I have used Action Lock Doc for about 10 years and they have always done a great job at our office. We have had them rekey the building, install Trilogy leverets, put in a new access control system, adjust door closers, make file cabinet keys, etc I also recently used them to cut and program a new remote for my car. Jeff and Jeremy did a great job!!! And the price was way cheaper than the dealership to boot.

Worst service ever, call them and got price, had come out to my location to rekey, before I arrived they asked to show I have the access to the space, I do, but after hand off the phone they just txt me said cant do it and ask me to call other company, and ignoring my call. If you want locksmith go to other company, bc this is not a locksmith, they dont know they job.

Fast & affordable. We had them come out to do a re-key of a door at work and they were at our facility within 20 minutes of the initial phone call and had the door re-keyed and 15 new keys made within 15 minutes. Nick was our technician and he was personable and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Went in with key blanks that needed cut for my Toyota Rav4. (My factory keypads were falling apart, and wed used tape to keep them together for some time). Action Lock Doc cut the keys and made sure I knew how to assemble the new blanks. Very nice people, great service. Will return.

Excellent servic, great prices and well knowledge tech. I had acc excellent experience with Jeff who knows what he is doing. When every lock Smith in town said that I have to go to the dealer to program my 2008 camry keys, Jeff did it in 5 minutes :)
