If I could give negative stars, I would. The technician did show up on time and same day service, however after about 45 minutes with my locks at the truck, he just drove off.. with ALL of the locks to my house. I called and was told that the guy was new and didnt know how to re-key my kind of lock. About an hour later (waiting with absolutely nothing to do) he showed back up and put the locks on. The next time I used the front door deadbolt, the cylinder started coming out. I shoved it back in and then it wouldnt turn. He came back out and "fixed" it and at the same time looked at the back doorknob lock which was malfunctioning after the lock was changed. (Keep in mind, the house was inspected, including the doors and locks and NONE of this was an issue prior to Guardian Safe & Lock.) He said that the knob could not be fixed.. whatever, I was in a hurry to leave. Then I finally move into the house. The very next time I try to lock the deadbolt on the front door, I have the cylinder in my hand.... AGAIN. I called and asked for my money back and after going back and forth with the "rep" yelling at me, he hung up on me! The told me I wouldnt get my money back if I disputed the charge and that others have tried it and were unsuccessful because a "service" was performed. Yea, the service that broke at least 2 locks! At this point, I cant trust any of the locks on my house. DO NOT use them! **in response to owner: Hon, first of all you say all my reviews are negative - you didnt look hard. I give truthful, honest reviews which is what I would expect of other reviews to detail my good or bad experience. I have many 5 star reviews, but you apparently like to focus on the negative. 2) Yes, my lock is broken and was working absolutely fine until your tech came out. You have not gone above and beyond and since not 1 but TWO are broken, that shows poor workmanship (yes, I did post about both locks that are broken) 3) You were, in fact, yelling and you hung up and then immediately called back, you didnt wait 10 min. I did not call everyone idiots, I said the person who came out was. He left without telling me he was going and why and then came back an hour later and completed the job of breaking my lock was an idiot. 3) My lock is not 30 years old..... my house isnt even 30 years old (ha..) 4) If the clip is what is still worn out, then why did the tech tell me he replaced it when he came back to fix it the first time?? 5) The clip came off and you popped it back in a week or so later?? No, it came off the very next day after my locks were re-keyed. You wouldnt come out until Monday to fix it. 6) It IS your techs fault. The locks worked fine before he messed them up, not knowing what he was doing then had to leave my house WITH NO LOCKS ON IT for an hour to get someone at the shop to fix it. You are, in fact, retaliating by trying to defend yourself. You have poor customer service skills and apparently a poor education as your grammar and run-on sentences show. The safety of me and my child is not something I will mess with which is why I am getting my money back. My house was re-keyed, your tech was terrible at it as he had to go "get help" and now the back door knob has to be held while locking or it wont lock and the front door deadbolt cylinder keeps popping off. I paid for a service that messed up my locks which means a service was not provided. Your website states you have a guarantee, but thats a lie. Its not just a coincidence that this issue did not occur until you business laid hands on my locks. I cannot trust any lock on my house at this point.

Had a bad day ,at work ,then even worse, when my car keys fell out of my hand ,on to the car seat. I locked the door manually, before closing door. First call ,my friend made for me to get someone to help me ,was Guardian Safe .I liked their response to my questions . When Mr. Brian came out ,he was smiling and very pleasant and polite Took no time to get door unlocked. Liked the fact ,they wear uniforms, and have their name embroidered on shirts. He certainly was my Guardian Angel for today . 5 stars .

I called one morning around 9:00 AM and requested service to rekey a residence for that day. They were at the location with in two hours and rekeyed the locks and did some minor repairs on the locks. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Guardian to anyone. We are VERY pleased!!

Andrew did a great job re-keying and replacing my hardware. He noticed the front door was sticking at the strike so he mentioned it was a simple fix and he could do that with the re-key. I recommend him and Guardian Safe & Lock for residential needs. Very satisfied!

Shaun was our locksmith. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had 5 locks installed and keyed to match. This is a fairly priced company. I would definitely use them again.

Answered quick on a Saturday for a lock out at our house. At the house within the hour. Technician had to drill it out (Schlage electronic deadbolt wouldnt give) but got us in quick. Reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.
