I had been all over the place trying to get a spare set of keys for my fifth wheel RV. Even the dealer couldnt help much, but sold me the oddball blanks that I could use if I found someone to cut the keys. I decided to drop in to Astro Lock and Safe, right off FM1960 East. They made my spare keys in about 10 minutes while I waited. They had a good selection of keyrings, padlocks, etc. in their store too, so I bought a few more items. I am happy I found them. Since they are so talented, I will bring a bigger challenge next time, an old Craftsman toolbox that I have lost one set of keys for. I bet they will handle it with no difficulty.

I called Astro Lock and Safe, after being on hold for over 15 minutes. The gentlemen who answered was not so helpful, it didnt seem like he wanted to be at work. And their pricing is outrageous. I need a key made so i will pay what ever I have too pay but with his attitude and smart remarks, I will not be given my hard earned money too this shop. Recomendations 1 work on customer service 2 work on customer service 3 work on customer service FYI to whom ever read this from this Astro Lock, i called at 5 on april 18 And yes buddy I will be calling another shop

My fiances transponder key broke in half, and they were able to produce a copy for a LOT less than the Chevy dealer, who jerked him around and wouldnt give him a straight answer for 20 minutes (he never did figure out if they could manage it, he walked out). They produced a mechanical copy to test to make sure the metal was cut properly, and then they created a transponder copy (two actually) for what was probably half or maybe even a quarter of going to the dealer. Quick, courteous service!

I called Astro to get a quote to re-key a house. They quoted me and booked an appt for 1:00. At 12:30 I got a call from Bob the tech saying he was heading over. He arrived by 1:00 and re-keyed everything in about 30 minutes for exactly what I was quoted without trying to upsell or add anything on. I was prepared to have the whole "what you really need is..." conversation and what I got was exactly what I wanted, on time, for the exact price I was quoted. Couldnt ask for better.

If you want fast and great customer service, this is the place to go!!!! Getting keys made and locks changed is nothing wed look forward to, but these guys have always made the process pain free and very smooth for me, which I appreciate so much. They answer all my questions and help with finding difficult keys that no one else could copy for me. Please tell all your family and friends that its worth the trip to Humble TX!

My call was returned right away and initially cancelled until my husband could take a look at the lock. Bob was very courteous and patient and actually arrived at my house sooner than he thought. He was able to get my broken key out of the lock and cleaned it and sprayed lubricant in it so it would work better. Works great now! Very professional and saved us from buying another lock. Thank you!!

I was quoted by Planet Ford over $180 to make a spare key for my 2008 Ford Expedition and Astro Lock and Safe was able to do it in less than 5 minutes for less than half of the dealers price. ($75) Also they made a spare remote to lock and unlock the doors for $45 total and even programmed it for free. I highly recommend this store!

Brandon did a superb job matching an old broken aluminium key for an old 1930 cedar chest of my mothers. Made the key using the two pieces. I took it home and it worked the first time. Great job Brandon. Highly recommend his service.

Terrible Customer service, dont expect to be greeted or feel welcomed. I was standing for 10-15 mins and never received any help( there was no customers and two employees). I felt unwelcomed and was force to find business elsewhere.
