So my wife and I are in the back yard relaxing and enjoying the weather right? My wife has to go in to use the bathroom and went to pull on the sliding glass door. Bam! Locked! I get blamed naturally...haha...but I see my cat looking at us through the door. My lovely, fantastic, smarty-pants of a cat has pulled down on the handle and pulled down on the locking mechanism! While my cat was determining how he wanted to take over the world, we called Pop-a-lock and explained our situation. The woman laughed and said we would have a technician out in 30. Sure enough, 30 on dot and the the Pop-a-lock mobile rolls down our street ready to solve our door locking cat problem! Curtis springs into action and saves the day! My wife is thrilled! She no longer has to urinate in a bucket and runs in the house! Meanwhile...I thank the technician and pay for the service. The whole process was smooth from break-in to payment and within 10 minutes he was gone. When you suck at life and your cat hates you...just call Pop-a-lock!

They wasted my time and money. I acquired a car that had no keys. I called them on Friday 12/23/2016 to find out if they would be able to make a key for it. They checked and said they could. So I then had the car towed to my house on Tuesday 12/27/2016 so they could come do the repair. After having the car towed I called them to schedule them to come out to do the repair. They confirmed again they could do it and gave me a price. 3 hours later they called and told me theyre machine couldnt do it. Im unsure what they were checking when I called, but now I have to pay more money to have the car towed to the dealership. If they told me they couldnt do it in the first place I would have just had my car towed to the dealership instead of my house.

BEWARE the guy that unlocked my car gave himself a tip on my card. When the guy had me sign his phone to approve credit card, he had enlarged the screen so all i could see is where to sign. He had me sign his phone twice and i mentioned i couldnt see it and didnt know what i was signing. He did say he was giving me a discount and now i know why......I BELIEVE it was so he could give himself an unauthorized tip! He had emailed a receipt that i didnt see until i got home. Thing is, i would have given a tip had he asked or had i known it was even an option. But to sneak a tip to himself I felt was shady. His name was curtis...he was asian. Beware if he unlocks your car and pay attention to your receipt.

My wife had a flat tire in town and she called me and I proceeded to tell to go through the Ford Warranty Program, and Pop-A-Lock was dispatched arrived within ten minutes and had the flat removed and the spare on within 5 minutes and that was with all the paper work completed. The service was great! What is crazy I did not know that Pop-A-Lock provided this type of service. I will use them again in future (that is if I have a problem....I hope I dont ever see them again....LOL). The employee known as TUL57 was very friendly and very professional. What a Great Company, unlike the one company I used once before. Thanks Pop-A-Lock.

I was on my way to choir rehearsal and had some items that I needed to place in the trunk of my car. In doing so , I ended up locking my keys in the trunk. My husband called Pop a Lock and a young man by the name of Gene showed up and had the car unlocked in no time. He then had to figure out how to get the keys out of the trunk all while the alarm was going off. After thinking for a minute he had the thought to go through the back seat console which lets down and he used a long device to reach into the trunk to retrieve the keys. Thank you Gene and Pop a Locke for your promptness and professionalism Mr & Mrs Pannell

Thank you so very much CHRIS from Tulsa OK for your excellent service, I was very impressed with your knowledge and skills. You are very polite and a true professional . You were here just as promised. You were able to explain to me very clearly what my options were and why I was having my door and door knob issues . I appreciate so much for rekeying my locks for my piece of mind and added security Chris . I live in OKC now , just moved here from Louisiana . So having someone I could trust was extremely important to me . Chris drove all the way from Tulsa to OKC Thank you thank you Chris

Consumer BEWARE! These are the guys on the news youre warned about. The "locksmith" who responded to me was over an hour late and was NOT LICENSED. I was very uncomfortable when he arrived and he ended up doing more damage than help! He said he had to go to another call and hed be right back, but he never showed back up. I would not suggest this company. I own a property management company and Ive never seen such a sketchy company. You call and talk to someone in Texas and then they dispatch someone in Tulsa, that shouldve been my first red flag. Do yourself a favor, call someone else.

I locked my keys in my car at QT and Reggie with Pop-a-Lock arrived within 10 minutes. He had my door unlocked in less than a minute! He was so courteous and professional, and acted like that was totally the norm. I work for QuikTrip, and customer service is our thing! Pop-a-Lock is doing something right in their hiring process, and Reggie was a blessing to me on a hard day! I should note that Pop-a-Lock has unlocked my car one other time in the past, and the employee displayed the same impressive level of courtesy and professionalism. Uncommon, and so appreciated!

a couple of days ago I left my ignition turned on in my car and when I returned it would not start. I called the Infinity warranty (roadside service) and Pop-A-Lock responded within 10 minutes. Tom, Tul27 was friendly and nice. He jumped my battery and I signed the paperwork within 5 minutes. I was so happy considering it was hot (no air conditioning, since car would not start) and I had my kids with me. I was so afraid that it would be like the standard road side services that can usually take up to 45 minutes to an hour. Great Service!!!!!

Rip off!!!!! They advertise 20$ on google first of all. Then comes "that is the dispatch fee" on top of that they say starting at 15$ extra for the locksmith with no max. The guy charged me 120$ and did not tell me the price until after he had opened the door to my car. This was at 11am on a Saturday morning. Not the middle of the night. The dispatch also told me 15-20 minutes and he showed up 45 minutes late. Overall terrible. I hope you find this rating before calling them. I find it absolutely absurd to charge 120$ for a 2 minute job.

Jason (TUL61) was very prompt and courteous. He kept me informed of his ETA via phone calls and communicated clearly when trying to locate me. He arrived in much less time than I expected given the time of day I was locked out. He was very adept at unlocking the car and I noticed he took great care not to damage my car. Jason was also very patient as I searched for my keys in my car and stayed with me as I locked up my office (it was dark and getting late). I definitely recommend calling Pop-A-Lock if youre ever locked out.
