If this was the last place on earth to get a Key... I wouldnt go there. I walked in the door, Was looked at by the young man at the front counter. He was on the computer and didnt act like he wanted to say hi to me. I kept walking. I know how it can be if you are in the middle of something and wanted to finish what you are typing but he could have said hi. I said Hi and then said I need a key made. He looked at the Key and said we dont make that key. I then told him I called last week and was told that they could make the key and it would be no problem. He then Almost through my keys in my face and said WE CANT MAKE THAT KEY!! Almost yelling at me. I took my key and left upset at how he treated me. I found another key place that could make my key and was much nicer to me that place is called Holders. You should go there. I know everyone has there bad days, but when I called to tell the owner what had happen. He didnt say he was sorry or let me make this right. He said, "Everyone has their bad days." What I think really upset me was I drove an hour to get this key made. Thats why I called first. If you can go anywhere else I would.

Lost my keys, had someone tell me to go here. They Needed a VIN number, license, and license plate # provided all of it. Never had my ignition changed either and they cut some form of key that wouldnt turn my ignition or open the doors. As soon as I tell them my experience they immediately go into assuming my key ignition has been changed and Im out of luck in getting my money back. I called Pop-A-Lock, their locksmith checked out the key that was made by Sooner lock and keys and it was unprofessionally cutt, longer and did not match any of the grooves to the cylinder let alone the door. He also informed me since my previous key opened all of my doors and started my vehicle there was no possible way my locks were changed. Although they are affordable then other places dont try your luck with this place. Their keys are less durable and break easily too. They rip people off.

Outstanding! We are from Texas and had to come to tulsa to take care of a personal matter. We were 6 hours away from home when our only car key with a factory chip snapped in half in the door as we were getting ready to head home. We called multiple locksmiths including the local GM dealership and none were able to help us. Not only was sooner able to help us get into our vehicle but also stayed late to fabricate us a new key from scratch. I say fabricate because even with both pieces of our original key it had been so worn down that it wasnt able to be used as a template for a new key. If you want expertise go to sooners... If you want someone to kiss your ass... maybe you might try somewhere else. Bottom line... Sooners was able to get the job done at a minimal cost... I am now a Sooners(locksmith) fan for life...

I brought my ignition lock cylinder in because my keys were sticking and not turning, and they fixed it in no time! Saved me about $300. Very reasonable on price and done with the job in a few hours. I will recommend this place to friends.

Cant give zero or negative stars or I would. Transponder key didnt work, didnt request a door key. Refund $35 of 98 paid. So it cost 63 for a door key that wasnt requested.will never call them again.
