I have used Big Red Locksmith for both business and personal. They are always very professional and we never have any issues with the quality of their work. It is nice to know when you need keys made they will work the first time!! They have also fixed the locks on our restaurant the same day we called - we would never call anyone else! 11/15 - since the original post, I have used Big Red a couple more times. The last time, they were here w/ in 10 minutes and had the door unlocked in less than 10 minutes. Such a relief as a business owner to know our customers wont have to wait because of an mistake on our part. Their customer service is like no other!! THANK YOU!!

Big Red Locksmiths came highly recommended when I needed a duplicate transponder key for my Ford truck. The personnel at Big Red were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient! I expected to wait some time for my key to be programmed, but I had barely become settled in the waiting area when my key was ready and waiting. The key has worked great with no problems! The key is sturdy and obviously high quality... unlike other places... and the price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with Big Red Locksmiths! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

These guys have helped me more times than I care to admit. I highly suggest you put their number in your contact list under locksmith so when you need them you can find them. Everyone there is always polite, knows what they are doing and helps in SO many ways. Whether you lock your keys in your vehicle, need keys made, need new locks, need master locks for more than one property, WHATEVER it is if it has to do with locks they know what you need and will help you at a good price. Cant say enough about how great they are!!!!

Big Red Locksmiths is an amazing place!! I looked all over Bellevue for a place that could sauder the damaged wires in my keys and had no luck. Until I found this place (recommended by a friend). So glad I came here because my key is as good as new. Andy (the guy who assisted me) was AWESOME! He was very friendly, helpful, and gave me great recommendations seeing as I was unfamiliar with a lot having to due with car keys. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know in the area!!

They only charged me what they said they would and they offered a $10 off coupon when I signed up to receive their text alerts! The service man was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They are an honest company and the only locksmith I trust! I have used them twice in 5 years and they have been amazing both times! Dont get scammed by the companies who offer "$29.99" services...they WILL get more than that out of you by the time they are done! Thank you Big Red Locksmith for being an honest Omaha business!

We went to Big Red Locksmiths to have a key fob for our 2015 Mazda6 programmed after the dealership told us we had "bought the wrong key." Programming the key was a challenge as the programming had changed for this key and directions were not readily available. The staff at Big Red Locksmith didnt let this stop them though- they worked on the key fob until they got it programmed! Thank you for taking the time and having the patience to ensure that we were able to have a working key for our vehicle!

Went back to Big Red Locksmiths for the second time today and was once again satisfied beyond what I expected. Both experiences I have had phenomenal customer service, knowledgeable workers and an overall pleasant experience. Pricing is extremely reasonable and fair, they wont try to take any money from you or charge for extra work that doesnt need to be or wasnt done. Would recommend to anyone, I know Ill return with any problems I have!

If you ever have any issues with your ignition I recommend calling these guys first. Superior Honda wanted over $600 to fix the tumbler in my ignition by just replacing the entire ignition switch. Big Red Locksmith was able to repair the tumbler and my key in less than a couple hours. They are trustworthy, priced fairly and I will use them for all my future locksmith needs. They saved the day and I am so appreciative!

Big Red Locksmiths just turned a bad afternoon into a better afternoon. My first call should have been to them because I had to deal with a very shady "company" that was not local at all! Becca, the dispatcher for Big Red, was very helpful and pleasant. When Jared arrived, he was my hero! I would recommend that everyone who needs a locksmith to just call Big Red first and omit any further stress than you already have!

We made our first visit to Big Red Locksmiths in Bellevue today. My car remote has not worked for a couple years. These folks made the diagnosis and the replacement and programming so easy. The service was the very best. When they say they can usually replace car remotes cheaper than the car dealerships.......they really mean it. It cost us les than half. Of course we highly recommend these people and their business!!!!

Heres the deal (big deal because its my first review). If you live in Omaha or anywhere close get your stuff done here. I needed my keyless fob programmed to my vehicle. Called the deal $$$+ Called Carl Jarl $$+ (and rude) Called Big Red $ for the programming. They went the extra mile too, and did it all QUICK. Lets face it... its not that far out of the way just right off the interstate. Friendly is worth it.

Stupidly locked my keys in the car last week at a gas station. someone called Big Red Locksmiths for me. They responded fast. The individual they sent was very nice, had me back in my car quickly and provided me with a business card and told about other services they offer. I would not hesitate to call them again for their services or to recommend them to friends and family.

Way overpriced and rude over the phone. Call around people this place is a joke. Will not have any of my key services done here nor will I let my friends and family do business with this company. The dealership is cheaper than they are at making and programming a new smart key for a late model car. Do your research before thinking these people will save you money. They wont!

Great guys. Very knowledgeable. Planned on spending $100 but the guy that helped me suggested a least expensive way 1st. If it worked, i was only out $30. It worked!! He could have very easily just done it the expensive way and i would have never known the difference. I trust Big Red. If in need of a locksmith again, will only use them.

My family was in Omaha for the College World Series and we were having the time of our lives until we went to leave and I realized I didnt have my keys and my sister happened to have the number to Big Red Locks Smiths and they came to the rescue.
