Called in the morning and Gordon himself was at my door just a few hours later. I just moved into this house and the house literally came with a different key for each door lock (we are talking at least 8 different locks that include front door, back door, pool house, garage, gate, family room door, balcony doors, etc). Besides wanting to change the locks for security purposes, I wanted to change the locks so that a single key would work on all of them. I showed Gordon all the locks that needed to be re-keyed and he was able to fix every single one to a single key and the front door deadbolt to a separate key (due to lock differences in the front door deadbolt from all the other locks in the house). My original pool house lock I could not find a key for, so Gordon keyed and installed a brand new doorknob lock for me. Also, my iron gate was not catching in the iron frame, so he fixed the mechanism in that doorknob so that the gate closes properly now and stays shut. Extremely satisfied with his service and will use Gordon Safe & Lock again in the future.

AHHHH! How refreshing it was to have Gordons Safe & Lock come out after being scammed by another "locksmith" company that we found online. (24/7 Locksmith - DO NOT USE) The other locksmith had quoted us over the phone and then when they arrived, tripled their price and then tried to charge us the trip fee when we refused to use their services, which we refused to pay. After calling their "locksmith" company to complain, the lady hung up on me. I have used GORDONS SAFE & LOCK, INC in the past with ease and after having this experience will ONLY use their services. They came out the same day and I paid what they quoted over the phone. They are dependable, honest and fast! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Great place if your looking to make any kind of key. Unlike Lowes, Home Depot or Ace that either dont have the key or always cut them wrong!They have recently doubled their showroom, and added a lot of cool key accessories. Their service is quick if you need cylinders re-keyed while you wait. And the people are friendly and willing to help with whatever weird, crazy lock parts you bring in.I know i can trust them sense they have been in business for over 20 years, located over on 1960. Cant go wrong.

Installed Security cameras for Neighborhood. Had issues with the cameras since day one. They were never clear or dialed in correctly. We spent a lot of money purchasing them and could never get them to come and service them correctly. Now, they want even return calls or answer our requests. Crappy service and support for that much money spent. We are now looking at another company to come service their mistakes.

The technician offer several possible solutions that I could try myself and save a call out fee. It worked. That exemplifies honesty and integrity. I would recommend this company.

Fast and professional. Needed a new remote fob for my 2006 Town and Country. Gordon ordered the key and had had it programmed within two days, at a much lower price than the dealer, and with definitely less hassle. Highly recommended.

I had lost the key to my samsonite suitcase and they had the replacement key I needed. They are located on 1960 less than a mile from Tomball parkway. If you need a locksmith, call them first.
