Dont know if I will ever use them again. I brought a lock in to have a key made. The tech that helped me messed up the last blank they had. The manager/owner came to see what he could do...in the middle of that the other manager/owner came and said to him that they had another job that was more important and i would have to leave it. So...because someone locks themselves out of thier house, the customer sitting in front of you in your store is not important enough to help and would have to wait! In my many years of service industry jobs (including working as a locksmith), the customer infront of you is the most important one, not the one on the phone, the one sitting infront of you is there in peraon ready to spend money! I will spend my money somewhere else, even if I have to pay more.
