Worst experience of my life! I was played like a sucker! I called to get a spare key made for my car. I explained that I already had a bank key and just needed it cut and programmed. I asked when I could come out and get the key cut and he said they dont have an office and only do mobile. I was worried about the price for mobile. He asked what make and model. I said toyota corolla and he quoted me $120. I confirmed and said, "$120?" and he said yes. I thought thats not bad for mobile. When he arrived he quoted $159 + $95= $245. I said that I was quoted $120. The Tech then told me it starts at $120. I called to the office and they asked if I wanted to hear my recording. Which I thought was a strange response. Then I went back to the technician and he asked me if I wanted to hear my recording. This is an obvious scam where they quote a lower price to get the technician to your door. The fact that they have this problem so often that they have implemented a recording program where they can email your recording to verify what was said shows that they mislead on purpose. I listened to my recording, the person said, "minimum $120" he dropped his voice for minimum and raised it for $120 so I wouldnt hear the work "minimum". I confirmed, "$120" and he said,"yes". The technician offered to do it at $200 but that he wouldnt get paid for labor. So I gave him $230 feeling sorry for him (my thought process was the call out there was probably $75 min. so I just paid for the service rather than sending him away). I am now sorry and wish I had just sent him away. This company is scamming people everyday. The worst part is most people are calling because they are locked out of their cars and have to pay the high price. What a scam and the Recording set up proves it. I am in sales and would never mislead and treat my customers this way. This company has no ethics!I will also be reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having my purse stolen I was absolutely terrified about having to pay an absurd amount of money to a dealership to replace my car key. All the dealerships I spoke to told me there was no way to make me a key without having to have my car towed to their location. After hearing the price (around $300+) I was in distress. After some googling I called a few places who promised to make the key for me but couldnt guarantee a price. Finally after a few hours of googling, I ran across BH locksmith. The man who answered the phone Guaranteed to get my key replicated for $130, and he would come to me. He promised no funny business and I was weary but decided to give it a shot. BEST DECISION EVER!! not only did He work with my schedule coming well after normal business hours, but he never once alluded to extra charges. Even when we ran into difficulties he kept assuring me the price he gave would be the same. So even after spending more than an hour on my car, he was able to replicate a working car key. Most places would then reveal the hidden fees but he instead gave me the same exact price with no extra charges!! Even though he was there longer than expected and had to go through about 4 key options to find the one that worked with my car. He even offered a second key at a discounted rate whenever I was ready to pay for it. If you are looking for someone who is honest, does a great job, and is not going to cheat you CHOSE BH LOCKSMITHS. I can not say enough how great my experience with him was. If I ever find myself in this situation again I will not hesitate to call him.

My husband lost his keys over the weekend but didnt find out until this morning when trying to leave to work. We happened to have a remote key that used to be programmed to the car before but had recently been deactivated. I had called Xtreme Keys 4 Cars before calling BH and I was told that once a key has been deactivated they cannot be reprogrammed and that we would need to purchase a brand new key for $175. I then called BH to get a second quote and was told that he COULD reprogram the key for $75! I texted him my address and within 30 minutes he was at our place. It took maybe another 20 minutes for him to program the key with no issues at all! I am so pleased with this service! Definitely adding them to my speed dial just in case I ever need a locksmith again... :) Thank you BH for having fair prices and running an honest business!!!!

Shai from BH Locksmith was very professional and installed about a dozen locks on our property in a couple hours. He went over a diagram with me and made sure that we were satisfied before he started. He even offered to show us how to save some money by having some stuff done ourselves. In the end, we let him do everything because he offered a great price, and he was easy to communicate with and very trustworthy. We had an incident a couple days after the install with a loose fitting, and within 30mins of calling Shai he personally came out to our business and fixed the lock, free of charge. I would highly recommend BH to anyone considering a re-key of your locks or a deadbolt install. And now, after meeting Shai, he will be the first to call if I lock myself out of my car. Thanks!

Bait n Switch.. All Reviews are fake - How come all of them are 5 stars??? Avoid this company at all cost. They were unable to estimate the work cost ahead of time Locksmith showed up with alcohol on his breathe Took less than 3 mins to unlock the door and charged $135?!?! The guy on the phone advised that all major credit cards were accepted except for AMEX. When the technician arrived he advised it was cash only. I recommend finding another company to do business with there BBB rating shows massive amount of complaints with no resolution. Wish I could give this 0 Stars They do business with several different phone numbers, beware !!! Reporting to the DPS today.

I had the pleasure of working with BH locksmith yesterday 11/19/2015. After searching for the right locksmith (most companies are just a call center who dispatch your job to a random locksmith) I spoke with Shai at BH locksmith, who was very knowledgeable. He quoted me over the phone and we set up a time for him to come over to do the job. He arrive in between the hours we set and got to work. He explained everything thoroughly and the job was completed. It was a great pleasure to work with this company and I hope to use them again for my business needs as well as my personal.

I called because my key broke and i needed a replacement. He was very professional didnt have me waiting a long time. He given me affordable quote like no other over the phone and kept that price once he made it to my location. Went straight to work. Remind you i called like ten different locksmith that was trying to charge me arm and a leg. Some couldnt give direct prices. Thank Jesus I had patience to continue to call down the line of Google and found BH locksmith well worth it. In a bind any key trouble this is the place to call.
