If I could give more stars I would. New to Texas and made a slight misjudgment and ended up on a curb. The young man was so nice and responsive. Helped when I needed them most. This will be the only tow service I use now. A+ to him and all the help. I cant say thank you enough!!!

This is the only "24 Hour" Roadside Assistance company that actually answered the phone after midnight, on a long holiday weekend. They said they would be here in 20 minutes, and they came in less time. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and competent. Thanks, H&M!

Was friendly and helpful. Nice to deal with a tow truck driver who doesnt hate life and doesnt want to make your bad day even worse. Would use again but I hope my car decides today was the last time its not going to start.
