I have never been so disrespected in my life the way I was the day I decided to ask these animals to make a key for my Scion TC. I walked into the store and asked how much would it cost to make a key for car, the lady told me the price and I accepted, I gave her the address to where my car was and she told me it would be 1 hour in a 1/2 and the locksmith would call me, so I said thats fine. Well after that time had passed, I call them to ask if the locksmith was on his way and she told me yes, so I rush to where my car was and I wait, and hour passes and I call, the lady tells me the same thing, and to wait. So meanwhile Im sitting in my van, in 95 degree weather, 7 months pregnant, hungry and no a/c. So after another hour I call back and she tells me the same thing so I sit patiently after another hour, I call back to tell them that it would be better to just call me when they are there and si would come back, but the lady proceeded to tell me the same thing that the guy was on his way and to stop calling them that he would call me in a minute. She would not listen to what I was saying. She then hung the phone up on me, and I called back and she did it again, then a guy started to answer the phone and he told me "the guy will be there when he gets there" that upset me tremendously. So after them hanging up on me after various attempts to understand why they are disrespecting that way. They send me a text telling me that my job had been canceled.. I will never recommend this company to anyone and in my opinion they should boycotted and no one should be subjected to this kind of treatment ever.. the only reason I put a star was because I wouldnt be able to Wright my traumatizing experience with these "people"...

The girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She asked me what area I lived in and I told her Greenspoint she asked me if I can be more specific and I said around Greens Road she kept asking me to be more specific then then I gave my address. I mean how more specific could I be. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. One word to the owner if I were you I would fire her on the spot because she obviously doesnt care about your business and your paying customers. Its like she hung up on me just imagine how many more people she has hung up on in the past.
