Bad customer service. Went there to change the keyless remote on my car and got treated like my remote or my car doors didnt work. I paid the price thy asked for but still had a rough time explaining to them that everything on my car worked and they make it sound like it didnt. Mal servicio, Fui ahi a cambiar el control remote de mi carro y fui tratado como si mi remote no sirviera. Pague el precio que ellos pidieron pero con todo y eso, tuve mal tiempo tratando de explicarles que todo en mi carro servia y ellos actuaban como si nada sirviera.

Really bad customer service..the lady at the counter is very rude. They tell you a price and when the job is done they want to overcharge you. Muy mal servicio la señora k esta encargada trata muy mal a los clientes y es una grosera...cuando vas te dicen un precio y cuando ya esta el trabajo listo te kieren cobrar mas de lo k te dijeron.

Yeah. My only car key, key to storage unit, key to PO box and spare key to our Kenworth truck fell into the toilet at a Pilot Truck stop. I saw them fall into the toilet and just as fast they where gone. Thank you auto flush. I called these guys and they got to where I was fast and I was on my way in no time. Thank you very much!

I have a 2007 Odyssey and I needed my transponder keys cut and programed. These people are great.They did it for $40 per key!!! The keys work great! MHS even put a little Honda logo on the keys! The keys do have to be cut and then programed with a little machine on the car. MHS did it all! Thank you MHS!!!

Bad service, website says open 24hrs, door says at 9am but waited outside til about 915 paid $125 for new key remote had less than 4mths and it stopped working.They claim they couldnt fix it or replace it. Warranty only last 1mth even if its bought from them and is defected. Staff lady In charge very rude.

Although it took some time I really appreciate them cause I honestly dont know what I did with my keys but the gave me hope man soon as they finished my key my son say mommy lets go some where......... thank yall sooooooooooooooooooo much...

I had a key cover and battery replaced. The key cover was used. The gentleman that provided the service was very good, but the price that he was told to charge me was very excessive. The lady in charge required him to charge me the rate.

There customer service is horrible!!! Theyre not even a 24 hour company like they say they are they want you to call them at 9 AM saying that it supposed to be a full emergencies only but their card doesnt specify that dont go there!!

Awesome staff, they helped me with making a copy with a remote on it of my original key, repaired original my key remote and programming to my vehicle. Cheaper than going to a dealership.
