Called to get a new key for my car. Told then on the phone it was a push start car and needed to program a key. the tech came an hour late and told me he didnt have the tools or the know how to do it. he told me the service fee was $20 even though the website says $15. when i asked if someone else was coming out to help me he said "maybe, maybe not". now their closed for the day and i got screwed.

They really do good on making key however they dont offer the service to come to your house to make keys
