After having my car break down 45 minutes away from my home, I called to have my car towed from the dealership I had made it to with my vehicle to a place in Tyler. They assured me that it would be no problem and that it would be taken care of that afternoon. When I had not heard from the automotive shop the next day as to what was wrong with my vehicle I called to find out that it had not arrived! I called back to Hi-Way automotive and was told that it had been marked through and skipped and that they had an available vehicle to go right then to go do it. Obviously I was annoyed because the sooner my car can get fixed to be available to drive the better and yet even though they had made an error on their part they were not willing to lower the cost in any way. I went ahead and went with them anyhow due to them having a truck ready to go right then and there; yet when I call almost two hours later to see if it had arrived it still hadnt and that they were just now on their way to pick up the vehicle, so now I have been delayed once again. I will definitely not be using them again if the need ever comes up for a towing service.

My truck keys were stolen at the gym (as well as my wallet), and I called another tow company for a tow back to my house; that tow company informed me they only had flat beds, and that could ruin my transmission. After waiting 45 minutes, and dealing with a rude driver, who never showed, I called Hi-Way Towing and they came with the right tow truck quickly. Not only that, I was parked in a very difficult spot to maneuver, and Mr. Turner was able to get my truck, take it to my house, and park it in my garage PERFECTLY. He was one of the nicest tow drivers Ive ever met. He even helped me with getting someone to change my locks & saved me another tow trip to a Kilgore dealership the next day (and gave up $160 in the process). I would HIGHLY recommend his services, and cannot thank him enough for his kindness during such a stressful time!

Gaylan is the most ignorant, rude, person I have ever heard in my life. He does not have a caring bone in his body when it comes to his job or the business he is representing. I feel the owner of this company needs to get rid of him before he ruins her business for her. What an miserable person you are Gaylan Turner, I cannot believe you are even in a customer service position to help stranded motorists because you are worthless. I think you should rethink your position. I wish I could give you a -10 on this review.

Im outside of their office waiting for the police because HI-way towing picked up my truck by accident completely destroyed the front end of my truck and dropped it back off in the middle of the yard when they realized they had the wrong vehicle and now wont give me any information about the driver or the supervisor. So here I am waiting on the police because no one. Here wants to take responsibility. The overweight lady in the office was rude and literally said it wasnt their problem.

I was broke down in a turn lane at the intersection of Front & Glenwood today due to a bad alternator. I called these guys and they sent someone out right away. The tow was done quickly & professionally! Great job!

I called for an emergency tow. Driver was prompt and courteous. He put my car exactly where I asked him to put it. Very professional.
