I see all these review,butI can tell you that they have been serving Houston for over 20 years but when they are coming to my residence I expect a level of professionalism and with proper training. I decided to check up on my locksmith who looked like a thug and seemed to be on drugs. First things first ... This was not a cheap aftermarket key. The provided key has been working perfectly, is of same quality as Ford would provide, and was properly programmed not a clone of my other key. The key was expensive, but less than the prices quoted by the dealerships, and Joe & Jo showed up at my location were done in moments and were extremely nice people. This second key allowed me to program another two spares myself. I would recommend to anyone in a minute

Ive never locked my keys in my car, until today. I called Automobile Locksmith and they were at my vehicle within 7 minutes. The price they quoted was the price I paid. It took them less than 5 minutes to unlock my car and retrieve my keys for me. They were even kind enough to give me a keychain flashlight that actually works, just in case I ever needed them again. These guys are amazing. A true testament to a small business run correctly.

Well I called because I needed some one to help me fix the lock on the door to my truck. Jo answered the phone he did have an accent but that ok I totally understood every thing he said. He could not help me but he did point me in the right direction. I gave him 3 stars because he answered the phone he was kind and courteous plus he did take the time to trouble shoot the problem witch led to me getting the right guy for the job. Thanks Jo.

Joe & Jo were incredibly HONEST, DEPENDABLE and FAST! They repaired our ignition switch today in less than 10 minutes. We would highly recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat. SIDENOTE: Jo explained to my two boys what happened to our ignition switch and even showed them how they repaired it. My boys LOVED the attention and I LOVED that they learned something new today. Automobile Locksmith came out to my location and helped me fix my Bentley key without having to go to the dealership and purchase a brand new key. He showed up super fast and changed out the broken blade on my key. I wasnt sure if I could just get the key fixed at first but they were able to answer all my questions and sent someone right out. Quick and affordable, cant complain about that! :)

NOTICE, REVIEW THE BELOW REVIEWS AND SEE A PATTERN. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL. I called and they answered the phone with "locksmith" in a barely understandable fashion... asked if they handle north east Houston, and was told "no we dont" and then they hung up. I recommend that they consider training for anyone they allow to represent their business by answering the phone!

I highly recommend this locksmith. They were extremely fast, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with their response time- they met me within 15 mins after calling them. My car was unlocked and I was on my way, all within 30 minutes. If Im ever in need of a locksmith when Im in downtown Houston in the future (hopefully not) I will definitely call them over anyone else.

Lost my keys to my car, after being away for a couple months on business. I gave Automobile Locksmith a call and spoke to Jo. They got there very quickly and started to get to work. Not only was the response time quick, but both the replacement keys they made me on the spot worked perfectly. i will definitely give them a call the next time i need a locksmith.

Joe & Jo are Angels of God!!! They were ON TIME which is big for me & quick! I needed a new key fob for my 2009 Nissan Altima & Jo programmed it in as little as 5 minutes! I was super impressed and will be referring to family & friends. Dont bother calling other locksmith, I tried calling 4 before Joe & Jo, and they were terrible & overpriced!

My car locked itself with my key inside in a Texas Medical center parking lot. I called them and they arrive within ~20 mins and open the door for me! I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again if I am in the same situation!
