My mailbox key broke off in the lock and after calling around (on a Saturday) these guys were the only ones ready to come over and not make me wait till Monday. Their person was at my place within 45 minutes after calling, was courteous and good at his job. Their rates were also lesser than the other places I had called. Would definitely use them again. The store is a quaint little shop tucked away next to a gas station lined with all sorts of keys.

Getting locked out of your apartment is no fun. One call and In less then an hour a locksmith arrived at my apartment. The guy was super friendly and took the time to talk to me (something that you dont see all the time in Houston). He was done in less then 5 minutes. We exchanged info and it was done. All in an hour. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be giving Brovo a call first for my next act of carelessness.

Had a problem starting my car.Most places I checked were pretty sure that my ignition was a problem and not the keys. In any case prices checked elsewhere were very high. Rick did a professional job in first cutting a code key (free) to confirm that the key was the problem and not the ignition switch Made one replacement key in no time at a much lower cost and I was on my way minus $35 only!.

Drove to get my keys cut, the key part to a Toyota Prius remote. They were able to do it everywhere else I went refused to cut a 3rd party key. It came out perfect, works perfectly and they did it very quick. I had 3 keys cut and each was perfect. Took me longer to drive there then the actual service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Good friendly service, reasonable prices. The store front itself is very small but the people running it are efficient and friendly. They had 4 people ready to go out on call so I imagine the response time is very good. In-store services were also good. Only missing one star due to store - could use a good organizing and update.

I had a big problem where my dead bolt locked from the inside. I called Bravo Key and Jason took care of the problem real quick! He truly went out of his way to make sure it got fixed. Few people go out of there way to help someone else these days! I have to say they are great and honest people!! :)

Very highly recommended locksmith. They came out yesterday to fix multiple problems with our locks, and ended up re-keying the entire house. They arrived exactly at the appointment time, and were very professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Very good locksmith. Its a small place, but they have everything and every key. They also do Car Keys including keys with Chip. Good and prompt service. I was in and out in no time with my three copies. The keys were a prefect match and opened the lock without problems.
