No one enjoys getting locked out of their car especially when it was because some idiot ruins the controlling and only door lock to your car. It was a headache, after having to crawl in thru the trunk to get in my own car and setting off the alarm I called around. It was hard just getting a price from anyone much less a reasonable one. I felt their price was reasonable so I took my car in and was met by a lively lady Cheryl who I watched help a few customers before me. She really liked what she was doing I could tell and it made me so comfortable. After offering me a cold water to beat this Texas heat she went right out to fix my door lock. No lie I actually enjoyed watching her despite my headache and she was so easy to talk to, and no joke I really digged that it was a woman manhandeling my car just like any man would. She was a true pro! Super comfortable people doing great work at a price you feel good about. Thanks!

Steven.Is.AWESOME !! He was really professional on the phone.He gave me an eta of 12 mins. and arrived in 10.He also took the time to POLITELY educate me on why using the slim jim wouldnt work on my vehicle.He KINDLY warned me about the cost of replacing one of my keys,glad I locked myself out of my car and didnt lose a key !! Lastly the guy has a heart of gold and is a man of understanding .I didnt have the full amount of what he asked for but he worked with me. Im a Deputy Constable for Harris County Pct 7 and he exhibited all of the qualities of an Excellent LEO and would make a great cop.I have the upmost respect for him and the way he represented the company.I wish him and you guys the best.Thanks and God bless !

Excellent customer service, I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They treated me like family and got a real good rate and not to mention they have a solid pricing system which makes you feel good knowing they arent going to overcharge like several guys I had called and when they showed up they had a whole different price!!! Great customer service. I came in to get a blank transponder key copied and Cheryl made a perfect copy the first attempt for 3 bucks when others told me it would be 55 dollars or more while some would not do it all. I got my new auto transponder key from the internet for 9 bucks , Get Locksmith copied it for 3 and I programmed it myself from a video found on the internet....total cost $11.00! Now I know for next time! A heck of alot better than the $130.00 the dealership charges!!

I called at 5pm to get a locksmith,however at 7pm they still havent arrived and no phone calls even though they said they would call thankfully my neighbors had a key for me to get in. Ive never had this horrible of service IN MY LIFE. It was absolutely ridiculous I called 3 times and asked where they were and never lost my temper with them even though I was locked outside during the hot summer for 2 HOURS. Horrible absolutely horrible.

Get locksmith are very professional, safe and friendly. I was locked out of my car and they were there within 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes my car was opened and my keys are recovered.i cannot stress how kind and friendly the staff was. Everyone knows it is not a fun situation locking yourself out of your car or losing your keys but get locksmith made the situation very easy and affordable, I will definitely call them again.

The technician came didnt even replace the old switch & charged $200. I have 2 remotes for the car both of them were perfectly fine before he came. When I asked him he said they have nothing to do with these. Business is a fraud. Avoid unless you want to take your car 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. Awful experience. The manager who called me was very rude. Had to ask him multiple times not to interrupt me.

Edan was great fast and reliable. I normally dont do reviews but he was great. I unfortunately lost my key inside my damn car and literally dont know where it went. Called and got quotes from edan and he cut me a deal since the other places would be more. Came out got me keys made for a good deal considering. Thanks man you were great

Man they saved my day. I guess I dropped my keys to my home at the airport and I had no way to get in my house. I called Get Locksmith to come help me. The locksmith who came verified I owned the home and got me in my house in under 5 min. He replaced all my locks and set me up with new keys. Thank you for your help.

Lost my jeep transponder/remote key. They were able to come to my place, replace, and program the key in less than an hour. The price was less than half what it would have cost to tow the Jeep to the dealer and have the stealership do the work. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
