It was kinda rainy/drizzly outside. Showed up right on time and didnt flinch once about having to work out in the wet/cold. Wouldnt walk through the house to get to our back door - went around to avoid tracking in any dirt/mud/water. Worked quickly and efficiently - had it all done within an hour. Just for the record, when they say theyll rekey six locks. theyre referring to a single keyhole, so many deadbolts will count as 2 instead of one. No big deal - just cost us an extra $20, which still comes in less than a lot of other places I quoted. Got 4 new keys out of the deal. Also lubricated one of our outdoor locks and got a gate open that hadnt been open in years. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I have to say these guys are AMAZING! !!! I called the usps to have my mailbox rekeyed, filled out the form paid there fee had to stand in line again whole process was about 45 mins and they set up for someone to come out monday morning usps called me and said they dont own the box more and less I was out of luck, so first searched Google to find out who and what I could do , found these guys and first call gentleman on the phone was very helpful and honest said the guy coming out was josh, next call I got was josh letting me know he was in route , josh got there was very helpful, did his work and brought me my keys, Would DIFF recommend these guys THANK BUNCHES!!!! You are my mail heros:) thanks again !!!!!!!

These guys are fast and extremely professional. I was calling at 8AM desperate for them to come out and they were at my house by 1PM the same day. Josh made friends with my dog and changed all the locks, cores, new keys etc.. in just over an hour. I also vetted 3 other well known (fancy web page, 1800 #s) and Rekey Express was by far, the most reasonably priced and best value. They had package deals and were upfront on the phone with what was and was not included. they were also very patient with my panicky and paranoid self. Great guys, great company, great work! Always go local when you can. You may be helping put their kid through college. :)

Our realtor recommended Rekey express when we purchased a new home in the galleria area. So glad she did! They were able to come out within a few hours of my call (20 mins earlier than they anticipated). It was a flat rate to rekey everything onto the same key (I did buy an extra lock ahead of time as one of the locks was a different manufacturer). Highly recommend and would definitely use them again. I would also recommend Jack (the locksmith sent by Rekey). He was professional, easy going, friendly, and put my mind at ease over the moving mess he had to navigate around.

"These guys fixed a lock on an antique door that is very old. Nothing was working as it should and parts were mismatched and "rigged" to work. Rekey press came out quickly and on time and spent the time to dismantle the old lock, repair the internal workings, and put it back lubricated in perfect working order. I would highly recommend ReKey Xpress for any locksmith needs. Spoke to Roger (the owner) who is very knowledgeable and up front about what his company can provide. His tech, Josh, came over and rekeyed 4 of my locks on the same day I had called and only took 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable and Im very satisfied with the service.
