Called these guys to service a drop safe at a building I bought. The person on the phone was straight forward, said a service call was $110 or so, for minimal service, and up from there. He mentioned maybe $200 if addtl work is performed. Tech arrived, and was very nice, and clearly an expert. I already had the safe open, and covers removed. He jiggled the key, sprayed silicone lube on the mechanism, and said it is good to go, nothing else needed. He did take the time to explain a few other things about the lower safe box that he did not service. He called the office, and told me $200. I asked about the price in a polite way, and the tech responded that he simply doesnt have the authority to change the pirce, but I should call the office. I decided not to. But the saying goes,"pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered". Ill say that I will not use these guys for the addtl work I need on the building, and I bought two gun safes from their competitor later in the day. I hope Dixie is satisfied getting the business they got from me today, because thats all they will get. They were polite, etc. But I simply wont support them going forward.

Kind of pricey for services, but.. If I had not had the tools already Id totally would have gotten ripped off at this place($165 for services, which is for just drilling a hole in the wall for a bolt lock?) . Better off buying a drill and installing the locks yourself at home depot or so. I have a drill that is $75, and bought a lock ($12) and installed it myself and saved money in the long run.

This is a great team of men and women. Im a commercial property manager with properties in Alvin, Pasadena, Katy and Houston. They always accommodate my crazy schedule of re-keying appointments and theyre always on time no matter what part of town I need them in. This is a great company to work with.

These guys are experts in the industry. They were professional and transparent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend calling Dixie to any commercial business in need of security solutions of any sort.

Professionals and straightforward with prices before beginning any work. Needed keys re-keyed and explained if I brought the items in would be cheaper then a service call.
