Friday 12.9.2016 My sons truck key became damaged in key entry of his truck. He had to get to work. "Pop A Lock" in Longview was called thru my "AAA" service. Mike/ Service Provider for "Pop A Lock", called me quickly and almost immediately. Mike from "Pop A Lock" came to our aid. Mike was efficient and friendly. Had my son back in his vehicle and on the road in minutes. I love a friendly face, a friendly smile & a sense of urgency served with efficiency! Great job Mike, and Thank You for your extra concern and care.

Ive never had an experience with a locksmith as good as this. The gentleman that helped me (the only gentleman, from my knowledge) was very personable, kind, and extremely helpful. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call and had the door open within 10 minutes. I was stressed out the night before, thinking it was going to be an arm and a leg to just get my door open, but my total price was $39.95. I was so relieved that I was actually happy when all was said and done. I definitely would recommend Pop-A-Lock.

I had the best experience possible with these guys!! I dont know if I have ever had better customer service. I lost my keys and not only did these guys get me in my car and have another key made... but they went the extra mile to take me home, because my key had to be ordered and wouldnt be in until the next day. I recommend these guys over everyone else!

When I called at 2:00am I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to get into my house, it only cost me 69 or 79 dollars I dont really remember which but it wasnt outrageous. He came out within the time frame that was given to me. I would highly recommend pop a lock to anyone. Thanks a lot pop a lock for getting me back into my house.

Although, they were the first choice as I Googled a locksmith I was skeptical because I figure they were going to be expensive. I took a shot and not only were they very reasonable at price, but they were very quick to get me out of my bind. I was also able to get me a new spare key for my truck...on the spot! Highly recommend.

LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE CAR AT THE MALL AND THIS GUY GOT OUT TO ME REALLY QUICKLY! SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE AND NOT TO MENTION THE CHEAPEST QUOTE I FOUND IN THE AREA! THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TO USE THEM, ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE!
