I called at 5 pm on a Tuesday needing to get into my house. Dispatcher took my info and said locksmith would call me within 5 minutes. Before I knew it, Caleb called me & let me know his eta, he even called back to let me know he was stuck in a little traffic with a new eta!! He went straight to work & was done in no time! Will definitely request Caleb if I ever get myself into a bind again! Thank you Caleb!!!!!

Omg...we just moved here from Dallas. LOCKSMITH we needed a good one immediately. Saturday everyone knows most businesses are close or closes early. We called this locksmith... my boyfriend lost his key pad to his Lexus. This guy had the key pad and came soon after he finished another job. He saved us half the cost Lexus would half charge. My boyfriend J and I will always use this place.

Awesome service. Made a key for my (push to start) Ford Edge. They charged less than the dealer quoted and the dealership said only they could do it and Id have to tow my car in and wait. FM 1960 Locksmith came to me in less than an hour they had me driving home.

I just call two minutes ago; the lady on the phone just dont want to take the job, I ask for a key with chip and I just receive "we dont have the key". So horrible customer service. Dont call.
