Went in to have a Key Laser cut, and was told to make an appointment for later in the week, in order to have the Key cut and programmed to my vehicle. When I went back for my appointment, I was informed they could NOT program the key to my car. Key was cut in a prompt and accurate manner, however they seemed to care less that they wasted my time instead of referring me to another locksmith or to the dealership.

Ive gone here for keys a number of times. Ive had a few keys that no other place I went to had blanks for. I went to all the usual home improvement stores with no luck. I should have gone to A1 first. I didnt even have to say what the keys went to, I had duplicates in my hand within minutes. Fast and courteous service, whats not to like.

Long story short, needed emergency after hours locksmith service and they said make an appointment a couple days out. Not the first time theyve let me down, The last 3 times I have went down there they couldnt help. I used to love this place idk what happened.
