Waste of time. Called in and received an answering-service type person, who transferred me. I was placed on hold for 9 minutes. NINE MINUTES I will never get back. Finally, someone answered the phone, and asked if I needed a locksmith. When I said, Yes, they again transferred me, and then disconnected the call.

I drove out to this location and found out it is closed after I actually talking with someone from A-1s main number. While couldnt they have told me this location is closed. Waste of time/gas and a poor reflection on the company as a whole.

We use this locksmith at my job and we have never had any issues. If a key doesnt work, they are quick to redo it at no charge. Nice people and great work.
