I had to get a keyless remote key programmed so I called in this morning and a lady answered the phone. She asked me what I needed and I told her about the key then she nicely asked for my name and number and asked me to come in to get a quote. At first I was kind of skeptical about going in then rounding out how much it would cost to program the key, but boy was I wrong!!!!!!!! As soon as I walked in I was approached by a gentlemen and he made me feel welcome which that is the most important part of entering a store. Then he helped me right away with his outstanding service which only took a few min and he gave me such a badass deal that I had to write a review. Im a guy that never writes a review, but this guy was just way to nice and cool that he made me want to write one for the first time so I thank him!!!!! I will definitely come back to this locksmith if I ever have a problem with these issues!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

Well, its the first time i have had to call a locksmith. When the locksmith, Christopher, showed up he was very polite. The dispatcher, however, could learn a thing or two about phone etiquette. Apparently after she thought she hung up, I heard her say that she hates when people call and tell their whole damn story, and that she thought i was lying when I told her I hadnt called before. Coincidently, somone else in my complex also called for a locksmith shortly before I did. For those new customers who dont know the process, it wouldnt hurt to be a little more understanding and courteous to those on the phone who may give a little more information than you need. Otherwise, please ensure you have COMPLETELY disconnected the call before you vent to your coworkers about us annoying customers who bring you business.

My experience with Texas Premier Locksmith has to be without a doubt one of the worst experience Ive had with any business. First, they collected my money without even opening my car. Second, they attempted to open my car for the past 40 min and came to the conclusion that my battery was dead. It wasnt . Thirdly, the first guy couldnt open up my car so he had to get a second person to come help. Lastly, the last guy didnt really know what he was doing. I had to tell him how to open my own car, took less than 5 min. All they did was over price a service they clearly werent experts in and ended up messing up both of my doors. I was very disappointed with the service, if asked weather I would recommend the company to a friend I would tell them to steer clear for they lack a great amount of customer service.

Texas Premier Locksmith is officially our go-to with any lock problems. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I called in to get a quote and the women helped me understand the charges and what would be done. The next morning a Ray called to let me know he was on his way and double checked that the time was still convenient for me. He arrived and fixed our office doors in a matter of 45 minutes! The rate he gave us was extremely reasonable and his work was perfect. We couldnt have asked for better service or quality! Thanks Tex Premier, we really appreciate your service!

Not confusing you with another business at all. You are at Arapaho and Hillcrest next door to Chase Bank. Your staff attempted to charge me 75.00 to make a copy of a key I had in hand. The worst Locksmith in town I have 20 year old car and went to their store with my original keys and asked for a copy made. She asked if it was a car and I told her yes 20 yrs old and no chip. She insisted on attempting to charge me 75.00 yes seventy five dollars. I walked out and would never return.

Fast and professional! I had a serious issue where my key broke off in the lock and I was unable to properly secure my home bc of this. I got wonderful, courteous and prompt service! The worker even noticed my door was off center and was very difficult to lock bc of this. He quickly shaved down a bit of the lock to make it easier to lock after he fixed my main issue. That is going above and beyond. I will always use Texas Premier moving fwd. So should you.

I was locked myself outside of my apartment at night I call Texas premier locksmith . the locksmith YARON was arrive here very quick . he did a great job open my door without any damage in just few minutes. I was so happy with the service and the price that he give me . I defiantly recommend to call this company .I had great experience ,I will call again if i will need. others company was giving me crazy prices and a lots problems . great job

I was locked out of my car due to my chip/remote key was broken. This place is Amazing. They came to my home where I had my car towed and got a key to start my car immediately. Then gave me a very reasonable price on my remote duplicate key so I wont be stranded again. I am so grateful and would recommend anyone especially since I am neqto Dallas. By the way got a new Mechanic out the deal as well . This place was a true blessing for my family.

I locked my dog in the car on the side of the road along with my phone and wallet a stranger googled locksmiths and they popped up I called explained my situation and my concern for my dog and they sent a tech out they pretty fast (25 minutes!) and the phone didnt ring for tooooo long. overall good experience and great customer service. they didnt have an issue with me not giving a credit card over phone like ive had to do in the past.
