I am having a hard time changing the combination on the safe. This is the third safe I bought from Roland safe. I have called the hotline 4 times and no one has called me back. This is supposed to be a 24/7 managed hotline. I also called the company during regular business hours today. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Before being put on hold, I told the operator that in case the wait is too long I will drop the call, but I am expecting a call back. She agreed and told me that I would get a call back. That was earlier in the day today around 12 pm. I am still waiting for a call back. If the customer service is so poor, I dont think it is worth buying a safe from this company.

Had them out to my business. The problem was repaired. The starting price for 1 hour of service is $261 + tax. He was here for less than 30 minutes and the safe was open and not one that needed breaking into. Way to high in my opinion, I will go somewhere else next time.
