I recently had to get a second key fob made for a newly purchased used car. My car only came with one key and it had some safety features programmed into it in which I was restricted as to how fast I could drive, if my seatbelt wasnt on I couldnt listen to the radio, the volume on my vehicle radio would only go up to a certain level etc. the Ford dealership wanted to charge me a lot of money to get this situation resolved. I called and stopped into this locksmith location, and was quoted what I considered to be a fair price for the work that was involved. Even though there was some mix up on which key fob they could program to work with my car- they were extremely professional and very friendly. They are a family owned small business and very knowledgeable about their trade. Experienced, fast and personable. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, family and coworkers.

I went into this shop about a month ago to have a key that I bought elsewhere cut and programmed for my daughters car. The key turned out not to be compatible and I was told to go online and buy the correct one as the one I needed was more expensive at the shop. Liberty would then cut the key and program the remote for me in about 20 minutes. I went today and thats exactly what they did and at a very fair price. What I noticed on both visits is that this business cares about building customers for life. Besides my personal situation...Every interaction I observed...whether in person or over the phone...showed me that these folks care about solving the needs of their customers without taking advantage of that need. I dont have frequent use for their services, but will not hesitate to allow them to assist me in the future and I highly recommend you do the same!

I have been using this locksmith company for several years. This is a small business run by family, and they are professional from the lady in the office to the technicians that work inside and out of the shop. Josh helped me get in to my car when I locked the keys inside after grocery shopping and rekeyed my house locks on a separate day. Their shop is very inviting and you really get a sense that they care about their customers. This is the only place I go to get my keys cut! I recommend them often to friends and family!

I have called them on 4 separate occasions about 4 different problems and they have told me they would call me back, but they never do. I guess they just arent looking for work. Either that or the girl working there never passes on my information to the employees or owner. Its as if she really doesnt care. I really dont get this business and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. At all. I am a local resident for 27 years.

Needed to have my locks rekeyed because I wanted one key for my house and shops. Liberty Locksmith was quick, skilled, and knowledgeable. Rekeyed the locks on all three buildings! They are closed on the weekend and told me that they could not help me with a key stuck in the ignition. She told me the teeth on my key was tore off????? How do you know what the problem is when you have not seen it????? It was not the problem and this company lost a $200 sale because of there attitude.

I called this place a few months back and left a message to help me get into my storage room, but never got a call back. I just called again today, no answer, but if I leave a message, Ill get a call back within TWO DAYS! I need to get in my car today! Ill find someone else.

I went to this locksmith shop to get an extra Ford key. The dealer wanted over $100 and said it would take a couple hours. This place only charged $75 and it took less than five minutes. The shop was clean and the people were nice. I will go back if I ever need keys again.
