The gentleman who answered the phone quoted me $13.50/door for re-keying. He did not mention a whopping $65 service fee that would have rendered me better off just buying new locks. When I called him after I found out (too late) about the $65 trip charge, the gentleman told me that I was wrong, and that it was my fault for not paying attention when I got my quote over the phone. I know 100% for sure that information was not shared with me or I would have just replaced the locks myself. Good luck with this one--I wont be using their services again.
