Inexperienced Techs High prices Went to them to get a 2005 Ford F150 key programmed. They said they could but since I bought it online they would make no guarantees. I said that is fine. The tech Bryan cut it programmed the FOB and then tried to program the chip. The key did not work and the Tech came and told me it was the wrong kind of chip in the key. HE SAID I COULD TELL BY THE STAMP ON THE SIDE. Well, why couldnt he? He is the one who works with keys. He said for me to come back with the right key and charged me 50 dollars for his error. Dan offered to program the right keys when I got them. I thought that was nice since I had already paid them $50 for a tech to learn something. Then I called the key vendor who said it should work but would gladly take back the keys even though they had been cut. SO NOW I WAS CONFUSED. Which is it? should the 80 bit chip work or not? So I called Bill Utter Ford. they told me that is the correct key and they use the 80 bit keys all the time for that model year. So I called back the locksmith. Then they said "Well then the keys are bad." So being frustrated at this point I just asked how much to just give me two keys and two fobs that they KNOW how to program and they wanted $150 more so $200 total for two keys and two FOBs. Those keys online only cost ten so their cost should be half that. WOW. That is a lot for an old truck. I am going to order new keys and take them to the dealership which only charges $40 out the door for both keys and seems to what they are talking about and doesnt change their story. I know companies have to make money. I get that, but your techs should know what they are doing and not change their stories. And also If you want to keep a new customer it helps to not charge them $200 for $25 dollars of material after they deal with a bad tech and have to make several phones calls verifing something that wasnt true. Just my opinion. I would not go back there even If they refunded me (Which they did not offer)

Terrible Customer Service! I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. The second appointment they were a no show I had to call them, then the 3rd appointment Brad the tech was very rude, and upset because I didnt answer my phone when he called. When I made my appointment no one said the tech would call before coming and If you dont answer your phone they wont show up! After calling the tech back and letting him know that no one ever told me you were going to call me before. I explained to him I was at work and I did have someone at home waiting on him for the appointment. He said very rudely that I would have to reschedule my appointment because he was at his next job. Then he told me that I should probably find someone else!! This is how you should treat a customer??? The one thing that sets a company apartment from other companies is the level of Customer Service you provide to the public. I have lived in Denton over 25 years and I have never worked with a company that is so unorganized as this one. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Very bad experience here. Dropped off drilled out vending machine locks in late August, the 2 men working (Bryans Sons- I assume) were not very interested in helping me. They said they would have to order them and it would take 2 weeks. Left them my phone number and they said they would call when the new locks arrived. Called again in late September and they didnt seem to have knowledge of my order, an older nice gentleman said they were ordered and would call me back. No call. On Oct 28th I picked up my broken locks (which they were barely able to find in their shop) I called the manufacturer of the vending machine and had new ones ordered within 10 minutes and I expect them to arrive this week. Tried supporting a local busines and learned a valuable lesson

Put in an order for a key and it was forgot, so had to order the next week. When I didnt get a call I checked in and they couldnt find the key. The next day they called and said they found it but gave me a price $100 dollars more than I was quoted. When I asked about it they told me they had ordered the wrong key and would have to order it again and I would have to wait another week. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. They seem nice. Not sure if they are always this disorganized or if this was just a comedy of errors but I probably wont be back.

Had a broken the ignition key in the ignition of my truck. They made it all very easy. Afterwards I set up a business account for my office and they are a lot cheaper than the locksmith across town on university for keys. Will be using them for all of my lock related needs from now on.

What a joke went in for a key to be cut for a bmw on Monday he didnt have a key I got to blank keys went back he broke the tool asked me to back on my 3rd trip from justin was told he couldnt do it really, you couldnt tell me that on the 1st day
