I used their service for changing all the locks on my house. The good: The have a decent selection of hardware. The guy arrived BEFORE the scheduled time, knew what he was doing and performed the work very effeciently. The Bad: Hardware is on the expensive side at their shop. The Ugly: I was charged $50 for the house call AND $22 of labor of changing each lock (hardware change of installing deadbolt). In all, I paid him around $120 for about 30 mins of his time. Do YOU make that much money?? This, along with the profit they must have made on selling me the actual lock, make me feel ripped off!! So unless you have never held a screwdriver in your hand, or if you just cant be bothered to think about a couple hundred dollars, please dont bother them...

My key wouldnt turn. Tried to save me money by fixing the ignition part himself. Couldnt fix it totally, but got the key working again. Helped me buy the part on my own from an outside source. Was diligent in contacting me to install it for no additional charge. Friendly and professional.
