This is a great company. I am a locksmith myself and I use A1 daily to help service my own customers. Sometimes a person may choose me simply because I have a lower price. Never the less, A1 has been around for over 60 years. They have a trusted and solid relationship with the community. Why is it after all of the years and so many customers served, there is only just a couple of reviews. I will tell you why,because they are real. People dont generally review a business that does a great job. They will recommend and use them repeatedly though. Just a note, If you are looking for a locksmith and you see a brand new company with seven or 8 reviews all within 2 months, they are more than likely fake and the doings of a scam company. Please be careful when choosing a locksmith. I wont leave my company name because this is not self promotion. Just helping to expose scammers.

Zoonlock Locksmith

I never had a personal encounter with these guys but as a locksmith myself I study allot of people in my industry nation wide and after doing my research I found these guys to be a model company in the industry! I read many great reviews and love how they treat there customers and they clearly have a great marketing department by the looks of there website and postings on Google plus. I read one negative review and unfortunately I face the same issue with customers. There is no locksmith out there who can afford to only charge $15! Based off of the review the people at A-1 Locksmith clearly told him that $15 was for the "service call" not the for the final price. Overall, Great work guys, Keep it up!! :)

Tech 251 was sent out to install a replacement lock set to my house. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He listened to what my thinking was for this new lock. He also made suggestions on how to make it easier for me to remember the things about this new lock. They had a later opening, but since I was hoping to get the locks replaced so that I can run my errands, they sent out David about 30 minutes after I called. Thank you for being considerate to your customers and I will definitely call A-1 again for any locksmith type of issues. Great work!

The worst company I have ever done business with, charged me 150.00 to open my car and tried to tell me my insurance would pay it. Im not an idiot and thats what the made me feel like. And the guy the sent out was a complete retard. Sloppy looking and rude, would not have someone working for me that looks like a bum. Horrible company.....

Eliot arrived when he stated that he would. The work that he did was quick and fast. What I like was that offered suggestions so that I might not encounter the same problem. In addition I was grateful to know what to do to receive an additional $10 off my the cots. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Thank you.

A-1 is very fast and efficient at what they do. Keith was very polite and well mannered when he came to unlock my car. I dont mind paying $125 for them to do it, it was that or break my window to get in and that would be way more of a hassle. Im glad A-1 is out there to get me out of a sticky situation.

We just came here to get a safe unlocked that my boyfriend lost the key for. It took 60 seconds, and the guy working (didnt catch his name unfortunately) offered us a new key as well. He was super nice and wished us a happy holidays. Will be returning for any locksmith needs!!

Its one thing to lock your keys in your car but another to wait a long time for a locksmith. Lonnie, (Tech #249), got to my car quick and popped it open in less than a minute. It took a little of the frustration away.

I saw them yesterday as I drove by and stopped in today. Got 2 extra keys for my car and the guy at the front was friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Im happy with the service!

Man these guys can open anything....its kind of scary. They open a locked gun case for me in two seconds. I will always be a customer. They have a storefront with good weekend hours as well.

While in Arlington I had trouble with my vehicle lock. I stopped at A1Locksmith. Their customer service is top notch and I want to thank them. I recommend them if you ever have lock trouble.

Showed up to the store at 815 but the hours on the door say they open at 9 unlike what it says on google 8am. Whos to blame? A1 or Google. Either way my time was wasted.
