I called to get the keys out of my car and they told me I pay $65 they get it out and make a Copy for me! Which I Agreed to! So the tech guy got to my location Quickly and his customer Service was Great! So after he got the Keys out I went Straight to the Shop at 12:24PM cause they were out for lunch so I left and then came back at 2:00PM and the guy on the front desk told me that they didnt agreed to that..... My point is if come to an agreement through the phone and have the customers information to verify that I am who I say I am please honor it!

Such a lifesaver. After having some keys lost (by a kid) the gentleman was able to help me out. They were speciality keys so it cost more than the grocery store but at least he had what I needed and was able to get the job done that day.

had 3 keys made for a motorcycle less than 2 yrs ago at $7 each ($21). Just called called and was quoted $250 for 1 key and that was me taking the bike to them! I dont know whats going on at that place!!!

This place charges way too much to program a fob key if you want to save a little money call a locksmith in Keller they are a lot cheaper
