****Do not use......or get quote in writing before using Martin’s Locksmith***** My son lost his car keys on 12/22/15. I contacted Aaron’s Locksmith and he quoted me $185.00 for the high security Honda key with the service call, but said that he would not be to make it until the next day. I then contacted Martin Locksmith and spoke with Steve. He said that he would match Aaron’s price and be able to come out that night. Steve said that he did not have the high security key in stock but had the regular key. He said that he would do the high security key and regular key for a total of $285.00 and that he would order the high security key and that once he received it that he would have someone come back out to cut it. He sent a contracted locksmith, Calvin. Calvin stayed for about 15 minutes and then said that he had another call, but return the next day. On 12/23/2015, Calvin called me and advised me that the job was complete and to contact Steve to make the $285.00 payment. I contacted Steve, who then told me to call Tia at the office. I called Tia and she processed the payment for $285.00. I did not hear from Martin Locksmith in reference to the high security key that Steve was supposed to order, therefore, I contacted their offices. I was then told that the $285.00 was for the plain key. I advised Martin about our phone conversation. He said that he didn’t remember our conversation. He said that he would have Calvin, the contracted locksmith, contact me. Calvin called me and said that he had to repair the ignition clip, and the charge was $185.00. I advised him that I spoke with Steve initially and was quoted $285.00 for both keys. I was never advised that the ignition needed a clip to be repaired nor did I authorize my credit card to be charged for it. He then said that Steve never mentioned an additional key. I then spoke with Tia the office manager. She said that she was confused and really didn’t know what was going on. I explained everything. She then called me back and said that I could purchase the high security key for $100.00. I advised her that I would not pay an additional $100. I simply wanted what I paid for, and she declined. I am disputing $185.00 of the charge with my credit card company.

I recently purchased a Dodge pickup truck with a solit tonneau cover that was locked and key was lost. Called and spoke with a very helpful young lady who suggested I bring it by the following morning when they opened and they would get right on it. So I show up at 8:30 a.m. and several of the locksmiths got together, got the cover unlocked. They looked the company up on internet and said I could order directly from the company as they didnt have a key to fit this cam lock. Then they advised it was no charge! Outstanding! So for $9 on Amazon my problem is solved!

I needed the ignition in my car fixed and the mechanic we went to was charging us $400+ to fix it. I called tons of locksmiths around Arlington and most of them told me it would be a gamble to fix it (theyd come out and TRY to fix it, but werent sure if it would work). So I called Martins locksmith and they guaranteed they would fix it and they did! Within an hour, my cars ignition was working and they only charged me $70 (cheaper than anywhere else I called). I highly recommend these guys. They know what theyre doing, they do the job right, and they are priced fair!

Worst costumer services wish I could give a negative start. Call to get a key for a Cadillac and was told they would have to order that it would arrive the next day. Next day come and call to see what time they were coming to program the key and was told we dont know anything about this key you will have to call the next day to find out what happen. Call the next day and was told you have to go get it your self. Waste of time and there staff are very disrespectful and dont know what there doing. I Was better off going to the Cadillac store great costumer services.

I lost my keys to the car. I called them and they were on sight within 15 minutes to unlock the car. A friend came and got me (as I had lost my key to the ignition); I thought I had a spare at home (which I didnt); I called again and within 10 minutes after I called they was on the scene again. The guys was very professional and knew what to do. I DO recomend these folks for lock out service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

This is the second time Ive locked my keys in car I forget the first two gentlemen who assisted me but they got into my car in extremely fast and were very friendly! Today Clint who was also very friendly came out and unlocked my car and made a key for me in no time at all! Im extremely satisfied with this company from the initial phone call to the moment I grabbed my keys from the trunk.. Thanks Martin Locksmith!

My key remote wasnt working. I knew that the car dealer didnt have a replacement without ordering but Martin Locksmith did have it. However, when I went to buy the remote, he decided to see if the screw was loose. It was. So instead of spending $200 I was charge $20 for him to repair it. I appreciated the friendly, honest service.

If you have automobile ignition switch problems, these are your guys. Cant tell you how many locksmiths Ive called in the DFW area who have NO CLUE and want to direct you to the dealer (who will charge you 5 times as much). So relieved to have finally found them.
