We lost the keys to a storage closet at my retail business just before a busy time of day when entry would absolutely be needed. I called The Flying Locksmiths, and they were quickly on site to re-key my lock and allow us to access the closet so that business would not miss a beat. Our technician was efficient, professional, and friendly. The owner followed up with me by phone almost immediately after service to ensure my needs were met. We needed to have our builder grade doorknobs replaced but didnt want to rekey our locks. The Flying Locksmiths did all of legwork to find knobs that matched our existing hardware. The locksmith was so nice - came to our house exactly when he said he would (rare for service providers!) and installed everything perfectly. Years ago, I had trouble finding a professional locksmith in the Dallas area - so Im thrilled to know that The Flying Locksmiths is now in the area. Highly recommend!!

Rich is so GREAT! very responsive, helpful and professional! I have a difficult key because its an XL length- no one at lowes, home depot or other locksmiths were willing to go the extra mile to find the key- Rich was willing to give it his best shot and he found the key! perseverance!!! definitely call Rich for all your key needs- he will try his hardest to help you !

Great Service! They were on time and quick. They are also very patient! I had forgotten my key and they waited for me to get my extra set of keys and return so they could replace the locks. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my new property. I will definitely use them again.
