Called 3 times to confirm they could program a key fob on a Saturday but when I called to head over I was told there was no one there to do it. I was visiting family in the area 175 miles from home and one of the reasons for the trip was the key fob. Not impressed whatsoever with these company.

Great service and fair prices. Has a extensive assortment of keys including some old file cabinet keys I thought Id never find. They also had a part to help me repair the dead bolt of a very old mortise lock on my front door.

Great service. They were able to make a key to a lock that I didnt have a key..just by bringing in the lock. Saved me over $500 to install a new antique lock.
