It wa freezing cold and my husband and I tried to take matters into our own hands when we realized we left the keys in the car and it was a complete fail, thankfully GiddyUP Locksmith came to save our day!!! They arrived quickly and opened our car without any damage to the car, I love this company! Their number is now saved in my phone because I know this wont be the last time I will need them! Thank you so much, Eli, you were so professional and I just couldnt trust any one else to come through for us the way you did.

We made an appointment for noon today. I locked our dogs in their kennels at 11:45 to prepare for the appointment (we didnt want them disturbing the locksmith). The dogs and I waited patiently for an hour and fifteen minutes. Nothing. No call, no locksmith. I finally called and cancelled. I dont have time to wait around all day for a locksmith who doesnt even have the courtesy to call and say theyre going to be late. Its bad business to say youre going to be somewhere at a specific time and then not show up.

First, i called them they said theyll be here in 30mins. One hour later they show up!!!Im surprised when i called nobody told me that the key will be USED one. And once the guy got here.he fixed everything and handed me the used key!!!!!! I dont mind paying if someone could have told me that the key will be USED one. He told me good luck finding a new one but i got more luck :)

i was looking for an automotive locksnith that will be able to make me a secondery key for my volkswagon jetta 2006 . i found giddy up locksmith in irving.theor technician shimi was very kind and looked like he knew what he is doing.shimi the locksmith cut me a flip key and programmed it to my car. wonderfull service and fast response .

Great service. I decided to go to them instead of straight to the dealer due to how prompt the service was supposed to be and because of the fact that they come to you (the dealer, on the other hand, required me to tow my car and pay for it). Eli did a great job, working fast and very professionally.
