This place is the worst and let me expain why I think this. When I originally got hired I was told that Rukhsana would be training me to help with the printing & shipping. I was thrilled because, well, I didnt know how to do any of those things on a large scale. Literally the DAY AFTER I started working Rukhsana LEFT FOR A WHOLE MONTH to her home country, Pakistan. A day you guys! How was I supposed to figure out what she wanted me to do for a month when I only started a day ago and barely learned to use the cash register? The owner, Rukhsana, claims to be an ex-warden but cannot even run her business properly. They barely ever got the jobs done on time. If they did she probably and essentially slaved her stock-broker daughter into working tireless nights on it. We actually had one lady come in the next day AFTER her print should have been done because they "werent ready" the day she wanted it (fact is nobody even looked at it UNTIL she walked in). When she walked in the following day it STILL wasnt ready or even printed for her big event. The owner frantically started work on printing it at that time.. Unfortunatly Rukhsana cant even work her own machines and had to call her daughter to fix it. Sadly, for the trees, they constantly waste paper on reprinting and sometimes still make you pay for it. Which I can understand from a business and money making standpoint. However, those things probably wouldnt happen if the daughter, Maria, who works there payed a little more attention to things other then blantenly LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS about having doctors appointments to avoid communication and confrontation with them. When in reality she was getting her fake eyelashes done or hair extensions put in. Dont get me wrong her hair looked great after it was done, but to have the audacity to ask me to lie to them too FOR YOU not having the job done?! I obliged only to comfort the customer in the product quality but still... Telling them these things when she should have been working on their orders or AT LEAST training me to do it while she was out. I would have loved it if she taught me.. Its why I applied; thats what I was supposed to learn to do from the get go. I enjoy putting smiles on customers faces not having to lie to them directly for petty excuses. *Honesty is the BEST policy* Not to mention they COULDNT EVEN PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES ON TIME which happened to me more than 5 times of my seven months working there. Seriously I had to ask for my check or they wouldnt have given it to me (we even tried direct deposit but that seemed to make problems much worse... then reverted BACK to the last problem). In those seven months they have also had three other employees get hired and quit due to the fact that the business isnt ran effectively. Of course after everybody but the daughter quit and my attempt to quit (but was BEGGED TO STAY because they liked how I worked) didnt work, I was the only one cleaning a entire shop that didnt belong to me for $10/hr in addition to tending to customers. They also try and jip you when you are shipping so ALWAYS ASK "whats the cheapest way of shipping" if you arent interested in certifying or other things like that. Almost everything comes with a tracking number! Things excludable would be media mail for example. They get their main profit from fedex and severely push that on everyone, every time. (If not you get told youre doing your job wrong so beware future employees and best of luck!) ** BTW ITS CHEAPER TO PRINT IN COLOR AT THE COLONY LIBRARY UP THE ROAD**

I always laugh when I read reviews like the one listed below. In large part due the lack of appropriate grammar used by the individual writing the post. I do not ever trust a review written by a former employee bad mouthing a former employer with only personal attacks. Daisy Velo, did you know that your potential future employers will in fact Google your name and see that you 1) have absolutely ZERO grammar skills and 2) are okay with defaming a previous employer because youre obviously mad about something that by my guess, was your own fault in the first place? By the way, you probably did not know that defamation of character is illegal and can be sued for it? If I were these business owners, I would definitely take you to court! I will offer you some advice for the future Daisy Velo: 1) Please go back to school and acquire some much needed lessons in appropriate grammar and how to put together a well thought out, FLOWING sentence. 2) get some class. There is nothing more classless than a female who only knows how to run her mouth ( I am assuming you are a female based on your name) 3) Grow past your obvious immaturity and snotty attitude. Learn how to handle each and every situation with elegance and grace. 4) If you are going lie, learn how to make it believable. I read your review and I think youre just from a competing business trying to get more customers. 5) I would also advise you to stick to telling the truth. In the end the truth always comes out 6) if you had been my employee with that attitude, I wouldnt have even let you run a register. I wouldve had you and your bad attitude scrubbing toilets. 7)if you thought your review was going to make people feel sorry for you, you are so completely wrong. In fact, the only person you are hurting is yourself. I would absolutely never hire you to work for me. The only person that you made look dumb, mean, untrustworthy was yourself. Get a clue and grow up! I have had nothing but positive experiences at Print, Parcel, and Ship. They always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. It saddens me, I read false reviews, like the one written by Daisy Velo. Im sorry you all have that deal with an obviously uneducated employee. The owners work tirelessly to get every job that comes in done to perfection. Keep up the AMAZING work Print, Parcel, Ship!

I came to print some images using the Inkjet printer and she quoted me $0.49 per sheet.. Well, when she realized I was printing on my own transfer paper that I provided, she said its going to be $5.99 per sheet! And I asked how much it would cost to use their paper. It wouldve been the same price. So I said to use their paper. She then tells me that if it doesnt turn out nice, then shes still going to charge me. I dont understand why printing on regular paper and transfer paper would make such a big difference in price. And to give me such a hard time... I almost thought she didnt want to do it for me. Then the other lady hopped in and helped me. Nothing on the price list showed special pricing for transfer paper. It had set prices for laser ink and ink jet... total rip off. Will never return!!!

I cannot live without Print Parcel and Ship in my life! In the last year since moving to this area I literally have personally used at least a dozen of the many services they expertly and conveniently provide. The owner Rukhsana Akram was the first friendly, engaging, encouraging person I met when moving here and she and her staff are extremely friendly, professional, helpful and they have all the answers to your needs and can work with you and your projects in a timely, seamless, and convenient manor. PPS in invaluable to the community!
