Chopin Mon Ami!!! What a great place! They catered my wedding in May 2010 on the Elissa. They provided the catering, the tables, linen, china, wedding cake, groomscake, food, service, set up and break down. They did an amazing job and I was very happy that I was able to get all of these services from one company! The cakes were amazing ... just FYI I thought I was being original with blue icing ... but lips and mouths turn blue ... theres a reason for white icing! Judy and Todd were professional and on top of every detail and throughout the entire process they became an extended family! I had expected about 150 because of RSVPs but we were well below that number ... at the end of the wedding there was so much leftover and Chopin Mon Ami donated the leftovers to a homeless shelter which I was very pleased with their decision. Whenever Im in Galveston I drop by for a quick bite during lunch and they are always friendly! They brighten your day on any gloomy day. I highly recommend Chopin Mon Ami for any catering services!

I recently used Chopin Mon Ami to cater my wedding. They have a wide variety of food choices for any budget. On each consultation they both met with me 1 on 1, from our initial meeting to my multiple revisions including a big one just days before the wedding. They are always easy to reach, courteous, and willing to do whatever they can to help me. I did not have a wedding planner, but being in the business for a while, they knew all of the local vendors and had many great recommendations. They also work closely with a local linen rental store. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly and beautifully! They coordinated well with the florist, DJ, linen rental and photographer. We had at least one guest randomly show up but I never knew because they handled it so seemlessly. The food, especially the stuffed filet mignon, was beautifully presented and delicious as well! On a different note, I had lunch there before and their pannini is delicious!

Thank you Todd and your staff for taking our reception next level! Incredible service and experience. Over a month since our big day, and our guests are still singing your praises. Every piece of our evening was anticipated and coordinated beautifully. From the cocktail hour to the last clink of the champaign toast, Todd and his crew were on TOP of it. Aside from the reasonable costs and the amazing food prepared, Todd made the process so much easier with his great communication and hilarious/positive attitude from our first meeting. Planning the event out of state would have been impossible otherwise. We were happy to support a local business and hope to continue to see it thrive in Galveston. Thank you Todd and Team! What a wonderful experience. We just had Chopin Mon Ami cater a dinner for 40 people and everything was perfect. I gave Todd an idea of what we wanted and he filled in all the blanks. The menu was set, tables and linens ordered and the margarita machine was ready when the guests arrived. We had two entrees, fajitas and a seafood dish with all the trimmings with bread pudding and tres leches cake for dessert. As an organizer, other than the quality of the food is the prompt response of the caterer. Every time I called, I was able to talk to Todd and get an answer to my question. I would highly recommend Chopin Mon Ami to cater your next event.

Todd and his staff and connections saved the day!! We had planned a beach-side wedding for our daughter on West Galveston island. When we awoke on the wedding day we had torrential rain that threatened to cancel the whole thing. In that moment Todd was able to secure a new, and dry, venue on Offats Bayou (The Waterfront Event Center), adjust his crews schedule, and ultimately deliver a great evening for our Bride, Groom, and guests. I highly recommend Todd and Chopin Mon Ami Catering for your event catering needs. He is a great guy with an equally great family-centered team who hold the number one priority of delivering a great event.
