Chipotle is amazing. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately at this location, they are incredibly skimpy with portions and often the Brown rice is not fully cook, so it leaves the rice crunchy. Numerous times I have seen them give customers, including me, a partial scoop of rice and then move the customer on to the next station.... That might seem normal to anyone who has never eaten at a chipotle, but it is far from normal. For a $7-9 burrito/bowl, chipotle is known for being an affordable delicious alternative to you usual sit down southwestern restaurant. Unfortunately at this location, they do not deliever on what Chipotle represents. Maybe it was an off day or the employee was new.

WOW! I am totally surprised to see the negative reviews! We eat here at this Longview location at least 3xs a week. The Sofrita Bowls are wonderful~ thats what we order every time....the service is excellent! I have NEVER had better service anywhere ~ the managers and the staff are THE friendliest and very attentive. They now call us "Sofritas" :P and usually start a new batch of them when we walk in, because we are in so often and order so many, but I watch them with other customers and they are always helpful and always extremely friendly. If you havent tried the Chipotle Longview location, you should! (And try the (tofu) sofritas.) Tell them "Sofritas" sent you! :P

I just recently started working back in Longview, but didnt know where a Chiptole was located. My co workers informed me of this location and thank God I found it. First time here and the staff was super professional and friendly. All I needed was my guacamole and chip fix so, as I proceeded down the line everyone was nice. But when I got to the register the manager was working it. Normally they are upset (not sure why) but he was awesome!! He took the cake and understand why they choose him as manager. Thanks guys for a pleasant and efficient visit.

While standing in line we observed a dirty floor, all the empty tables were dirty, the kitchen was dirty, the servers were not changing gloves after orders and cross contaminating everything. Due to my wifes severe meat allergies we left without ordering.

We frequent this Chipotle at least once a week. The food is consistent, long-term employees and managers are great! We are always happy with our food and how quick we get through the line.
