Just went through the drive through at 10:55am didnt get out of it until 11:15am. Got to the window to give some feedback, I told the girl at the window "the speed of service was terrible and I give you guys an "F" She said, "yes we know." I said, " its really bad, tell your manager that!" Well the manager was standing behind her and didnt say a single word! The girl told me have a nice day 3 times, which I think it was a bit excessive and rude! She probably didnt tell her manager what happened. So I check my sandwich after I drove away and its the wrong sandwich. Since I dont have anymore time to waste on these imbeciles. I did the best thing I could think of. I called the store, and told the person who answered the phone the exact same thing I have written here. In a nutshell, I said, your service is slow and terrible, I was told to have a nice day blah blah blah, you gave me the wrong sandwich Im going to leave a bad review and cancel the charge on my debit card, so you lost a customer, sandwich and money. Now you have a nice day!

Young lady in drive thru charged my card twice once for my meal second for a meal for the car behind me then supposedly refunded me without telling me what happen before hand and just told the guy that was standing outside handing out food to let me know what had occurred I feel that she should have been the one to let me know what happened since it was her mistake but Chick-fil-A has a new drive thru method which I feel isnt all to great. Sure they feel like its helping with speed and Proficiency but its really not because theres been so many mistakes Ive encountered with it. So I know I cant be the only one. To finish my story with the refund experience

First, I dont like Chick-Fil-As food. It is bland without their sauces, which are miracle workers. I am rating this establishment on the level of its service. The service is always outstanding. Even when bland-chicken lovers are lined up around the block, the workers are quick and courteous. Furthermore, they regularly have family time and activities for kids (theres 4 reasons I go to Chick-Fil-A and they all failed to inherit my sense of taste). So for this reason, and this reason only, I give 5 starts to this Chick-Fil-A.

Called last week and placed an order with Nate for a party on Saturday. Nate said to get there at 3:45 so the nugget tray would be hot. The fruit would be ready. I called Saturday morning and confirmed the order and the time. Arrived at 3:45 to find the nuggets ready, the fruit was not. Waited 15 minutes. Was late for the party and had REHEATED nuggets. Chick-fil-A should have replaced the nuggets with fresh, hot ones. No discount was offered. Unacceptable.

2 days after HURRICANE IKE my husbands company Green Tweed was open for work if you could get there, the only issue was the guys had nothing to eat...I went out to find food and this Chick fil a was open..... In that moment the owner fed all 25 employee s,that was at work that day, for free, thank you And every holiday and all events in my family I have chick fil a trays, and very happy with them......

We use this location to cater for business meetings. Jackie is our contact. She is absolutely amazing. Always punctual, polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is sure to keep us up to date with what Chick-fil-A has to offer for their catering menu and is great a communicating! They have never gotten an order wrong and the food is always fresh.

I stopped in with my kids for lunch, the employees get you through line quickly, and are always so polite, and courteous during the visit. Like when the drive thru seems busy, they put employees out to take advance orders, and if you dont want to wait in that line, you can always bring the kids inside, and they can play in the Playland while you wait for your food!

This is a great location, which gives it a bit of a curse in that its busy. Really busy. I will say that the last time we were there a huge line had formed inside and while I didnt time it, when I next looked up they were through the line and served. If it werent for the crowding I would say 5 stars, but they cant help it if their food is that good!

Omg used to be my favorite quick bite to eat spot but after today, not so!! Went through the drive thru where the service was all smiles; drove off reached my destination only to find out that I was missing an order! The kicker is not only was an order missing but what was placed in the bag wasnt my order neither!!!!! Go figure!!!!

This Chick-Fil-A is the closest one to our house and definitely one of the best weve ever been to. The staff are extremely polite and always asking if they can get you anything. Its very kid friendly and has a play place inside. The drive through line gets long at peak times but they always move you through impressively fast.

The customer service is Awesome, I usually eat my breakfast there before my water arobeci at 12:00. The Staff each one is impeccable. I travel to the Wilson road location from Summer Creek subdivision, and my other senior friend meet me there and she loves it such professional service.

This chick-fa-lay is the best Ive been to. (And Ive been to quite a bit) several times they have given me free drinks, tea, lemonade, etc simply because we had to wait in line. Most of the time, not even that long of a wait. Great customer service! Will go to this one from now on.

I came here today to pay homage to my favorite treat: chicken salad. I LOVE Chick-fil-as food, but their chicken salad has to be my favorite meal. Aside from that, this Chick-fil-a has the friendliest servers and the freshest food. I highly recommend you stop by and grab a bite.

Man went to this chik fil a this morn as I usually do. This time it took forever to get my order almost making me late for work. Three people that came in after me got their order before me. That was not good customer service. I ended up getting my money back.

Drive through attendant cant listen for s***. Tried to order a meal and she thought I wanted just the nuggets so I tried to explain and was continuously told to pull forward for my total with increasing attitude when I kept trying to say I want a meal.

The only time I have ever been unhappy with the food I received at a Chick-fil-A. The chicken biscuit I received should not have been sold to anyone, it was half the size it usually is and was smashed. The lady who took my order was also depressing.

worst customer service I have ever received from a chick-file-a....cashier was rude and lazy then the person on the floor didnt even ask to take my trey when I was finished....next time Ill just drive to 1960 for service rather than coming here.

I had a flat tire outside their location on my way to the airport. Duane and Tony were extremely helpful and even watched my car until the tow truck arrived after I took an Uber to make my flight! Cant say enough about how friendly they were.
