This Subway has really started going downhill the past few months. Particularly for two reasons: a new employee there, and their equipment. Could not get any lunch today for my lunch break thanks to those two things. Their Credit Card machine has been malfunctioning, which holds up customers until whenever it decides to randomly accept the card (has happened to me as well). Whenever it wont read a card at all, they just tell you "too bad, nothing we can do", and if you only brought a credit card with you, too bad, because -their- machine failed, you get nothing but your time wasted. The second is an employee (not Lizette or the one who typically runs the cashier, theyre great) who is newer there, who is stingy as (insert your preferred word here) when it comes to, strangely enough, the vegetables. She acts like every leaf of spinach she puts on that sub she pays for herself. I feel sorry for any vegetarian who gets her as their sandwich maker, because they are going to be eating mostly bread. Strangely enough, and this is just an observation, if you speak to that one employee in Spanish, she will do the opposite and stuff your sandwich with vegetables to the brim. Im bilingual, so Ive spoken to her in both languages recently just to compare after noticing she did that with another Spanish speaking customer, and noticed that, which is a little annoying. (Oh, and if you try asking her to add a little more because she barely added any at all in the first place, she puts in 2 more leafs or one more slice. Which I guess to her is a lot more since she only puts in about 4-5 leafs or 3 slices in the first place.) All in all, just go to the one near 45 which is only about 2-3 more minutes away or the one down telephone which is also 2-3 more minutes away so you dont come out slightly more annoyed (especially when that credit/debt card machine fails on you) than you should for a restaurant which solely makes sandwiches.

Your average subway, except the service sucked at best, and they only had one type of cheese? We only wanted one foot long but the lady told us "no I give you two" and proceeded to make 2 six inch subs despite what we were telling her, the second one not even with the right meet. It shouldnt matter if its a group of 1 or 50, please dont tell me what I should order. Its like they prefer to pretend they cant hear you while checking the clock every 10 seconds. Proceeded to drop the sandwich in front of us and throw the receipt without a second glance. It looked like the same service to those in front and behind us so I know its not just me. However they were more than happy to help what looked like theyre friends walking in ahead of people who were there first. Id only deal with this again if there was absolutely nowhere else to go. Overall quite the definition of rude and bad service.

If I could give zero stars i would. I came here today at 9:40 p.m and the door was already closed, when its supposed to close at 10:00 p.m.The employees did not want to notice us and, went to the back and ignored us when were paying customers. Knowing it could not take more than 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

Excellent service employees did a good job on making my sandwiches very fresh very clean restaurant enjoyed it very much great atmosphere keep up the good work guys its 7:58 p.m. Wednesday August 23rd the employees that worked this shift two thumbs up

HORRIBLE SUBWAY!!! at 9:44pm they closed the door and the employees stood there as I knock and Knock like I was Casper the ghost!!!! I hope managers and bosses take matter of this situation, and a friend told me this is not the first time!!!

Yes this is the worst subway in Houston. Never have the simplest things i want. i had to leave more than 7 times all for different issues. Wow.
