Yoga Haven is a true refuge from the storms in our lives. I have visited Galveston from out-of-state during the last two years and have had extremely positive experiences at Yoga Haven. I’ve found that physical issues from aging or injury, as well as stresses from life, are calmed by the tranquility provided by the experienced yoga practitioners. Yoga Haven offers an atmosphere of encouragement and inspiration. I appreciate the individualized guidance that is offered during the yoga practice, as well as the diverse class offerings. Kathleen at Yoga Haven fosters an environment that is very welcoming to visitors and residents alike. I give them a 5-star rating!
