I got a groupon deal and I was excited about trying out this gym since its close to where I live. I call and tell her I have a Groupon and she says with an attitude that she is busy and to call her back in a few minutes. I call in a few minutes and get no answer. I call from another number seconds after and she answers. She says oh sorry, I was busy. She them proceeds to tell me that I can only come to the gym with a Groupon when she is there which is 8 to 4 about 4 days a week and that if I wanted to come any other time, I would have to pay $25 for a card. I told her there was mention of any of this anywhere on the Groupon deal and she tells me thats there problem. She then tells me you dont always get what you see it Groupon. She hung up on me. Dont go there if you have a Groupon. They will look down on you!. I dont ever leave negative reviews and Ive purchased many Groupons with no issues but this experience was real bad!.

The gym and staff are great! Carolyn is kind and sweet, and takes the time to say hello and goodbye each time I visit. However, there are members who do not, nor will not clean up after themselves or re rack the weights. So all in all, the staff is wonderful.....the gym community is alright. EDIT: In the contrary to what Mr.Chuck Combes said, the gym is NOT clean 99% of the time. Gym members slam weights even when the manager is there and leave them unracked. I don’t ever see anyone wipe down equipment when I’m there and it’s ridiculous. I’m charged $40 a month for a gym where grown adults can’t keep a 2000sqft gym clean. So Mr.Combes, before you come up a “local guide” maybe you should do as the title says and evaluate before you post. Ok sweetie? Thanks.

Its a good gym. It is way cleaner than the last gym I am coming from. What I dont like is that there is no squat rack or bench. Only a smith. I got this one because it is literally a 2 minute walk. Sometimes Ill just go to another gym for chest/squats. A huge plus for me is that the time I go ( early morning, late nights) no one is there and I like to think it is my personal gym. I havent done the personal training. But what I hear they are really good.

This gym is pathetic. I have worked out at 4 different snap gyms and never had a problem with any of them or getting signed up. The woman working the front didnt help at all. I quote "we dont like people who are enrolled at another Snap to use our equipment but I will sign you up here." . You carry the Snap name. So youre franchised until you OWN the gym, any card active is good to use. Id definitely stay away from this gym if youre not a local.

The people here get 4 stars. The personal trainer was helpful and answered all my questions. The gym itself only gets 1 star. Honestly its a joke. They have no barbells. They have free benches but no bench rack. Instead of a squat rack, they have a broken Smith machine. I would recommend this gym to my grandmother or any one whos a big fan of Planet Fitness. I would not recommend it to anyone whos serious about getting stronger.

The gym is clean and usually not very crowded at all. The equipment is in good shape and theres enough available to provide a solid workout. The one area that Snap Fitness really shines is with its personal trainers. If youre looking for knowledgeable and friendly help for getting into shape, then Snap Fitness is a good choice. I train with Carlos, and hes a fantastic personal trainer.

Small, quiet, clean. Doesnt have all the equipment youd like, no rowing machine, no free weight squat rack, no free weight flat bench. Staff is friendly, and to repeat the place is clean and weights are racked 99% of the time.

This is a great gym. Nice, well cleaned equipment, not crowded at all. I highly recommend this gym rather than the big ones that are overcrowded.
