Hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I am a Chipotle regular, been to Chipotles all over the country and 95% of the time was very pleased with the service and quality of food. This place however has been terrible every time I have gone (about 15 times). The only reason I have continued to go is because it is the only Chipotle anywhere near me as I live north of Georgetown. But last time was it for me. They ALWAYS skimp on the portions here, ask for fajita peppers and you may get about 3. Ask for double meat and you get the single portion of every other Chipotle. The employees for the most part seem miserable here, just awful and rude customer service. I really hope they change management here or open a new chipotle in Georgetown because I will never give them my money again. Avoid this location at all costs and drive the extra 10 miles and go to Round Rock for your meal.

Very dirty place. Every time I have gone in the employees are wiping down the counters with their gloves and then turn around and touch your food. Today the employee wiped the food off the counter, wiped his hand on his apron and then made my burrito without changing his gloves. Then another employee lifted out one of the empty containers and dripped the dirty water all into the chicken. Surprised no one has caught food poisoning from this place. The tables and chairs are filthy with food all over them too. By far the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. Not sure how they are still operating. One star is too many.

This was by far the worst service Ive ever had at a chipotle. The only reason it got more that a 1 star is because the food was still good. I was rushed through the non existent line as if there were 75 people behind me but the store was empty. Not only that, but the girl making my bowl seemed like she had no desire to interact with anyone. She didnt say hello, hows your day going, nothing, just what can I get you?! I guess its no wonder why at 2pm it was dead.

I love chipotle but.. This one sucks. I have been here a few times to make sure It wasnt just a bad day for them. So The staff never seem like they want to be there and it shows. The food is also lackluster! It just doesnt have that same chipotle freshness and flavor I love.. It is sad but now I drive 15 extra min to go to any other one.

Last night I ordered the steak bowl. About half of the steak (if you could call it that) was grissel and not edible. I didnt complain as it was a busy night and I was in a hurry. I was really disappointed because this was not the quality that I have come to expect from Chipolte.

There is usually a small wait, but its worth it. I have read some other reviews, and from what I have seen after going 3 times a month or so, its always been clean and the staff has always behaved in a professional manner befitting a food establishment.

Im not comfortable taking a dump in a public bathroom stall where the slit in the door is so wide that anyone that walks in the bathroom can see my croch area. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY

Good portion sizes, but their chicken was HORRIBLY burned. Made all of our burritos taste bitter, it was nearly inedible. I will not visit this Chipotle again.
