There are two types of oil change, the standard and the high mileage ones. I was going to do the standard for 30dollars with 3000miles coverages but I was convinced by the clerk that the high mileage is 10dollars extra with 5,000miles coverage so I chose the high mileage one. I waited there for an hour to get my oil change. When I came out I saw the top left sticker for 3,000mile, I ran back in to confront with the guy. The guy said that the "manufacture" recommends 5,000, but they recommended 3,000 and it was based on my "Owners manual specification". Not to add in that they wanted to charged me extra 40bucks to change my filter when I said I only wanted oil change.

Have had decent experience here in the past, but this last visit was not good. Slow was the name of the game that day. I arrived at around 0930 and left at just before noon. It was not particularly busy, and all I was getting done was the state inspection and checking out a tire that kept going flat. Normally I would have blown this off as a bad day but I ended up having to get a tired replaced and they put the new tire in the front. I am by no means a mechanical expert, but even I know that tires with new tread go in the back for safety reasons. Needless to say, never going back.

Overfilled my car with oil causing damage to my engine and seals. My car worked well until I brought it here. Now it has major issues starting due to oil leaking throught the engine. They blamed the problems on an old car, but my car NEVER had problems like this. They also put cheap parts on my car and charged me for name brand. Many problems with the service I recieved. They refused to take responsibility. I will NEVER go here again. Firestone has been great in the other places I have lived but this one is bad news.

Worst place ever they take for ever even if u come in when they open they wont return our car till after the close management is bad also the first time I came in the put me the wrong tires and broke a part to my car an made me come in 3 times till the got it right I put insurance on the tires I have a low tire came in over 3 hours end they still havent fixed my tire if I could return the tires and buy in another place I would

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9 am. It was an hour and 15 mins until they even brought my car into the garage. I watched people that got here after me leave before me.Over all, I was here for 2 and a half hours for an oil change! I made an appointment so that I wouldnt have to wait this long! Absolutely unacceptable.

This place opens at 7a.m. and we arrived at 7:30 as we had set up an appt. for 8:00. There are no other cars here and there is already a 1 hour wait for a simple tire rotation. Why open at 7 if youre not going to have your technicians here?!!? Setting up an appt. is pointless!

Very long wait time. Takes them half a day or more for oil change and twice they failed to rotate tires. Staff has been friendly and willing to get the job done, but they seem to be short handed and overworked all the time.

They might do good work-BUT be prepared to pay. I wanted 8 spark plugs installed and the cost: $186! This was NOT a tuneup but JUST the plugs installed. Sound very expensive-found another shop-$56.00!
