2015 Dodge Challenger R/T. Soon after purchasing this vehicle (Used, 36,750 miles), I noticed humming noise coming from the car at a specific speed. On top of that, check ABS light also lit up. I took the vehicle to the Dodge dealership up at Midwest City thinking that problem might have to do with a component or two that are covered by powertrain warranty. The service adviser quoted me at $1277 for wheel hub assembly, brake pads, brake rotors turned and new gas cap. I couldnt afford to chuck 1300 bucks at a car I just purchased. Went around asking different mechanics around the area for quotes. Scott answered the phone, sympathized with my situation and said that wheel hub replacement would cost me $430, parts and labor. When I brought the car in for the service, the staff found out that wheel hub wasnt the source of the noise, it was uneven wares on the front tires and ABS light lit up due to a bad sensor. Although these guys could have just slapped on the new wheel hub and make money off of me, Jeff told me what was going on, and advised me to just ride out little more out of these tires as theyre not in too bad of a shape unless the noise is driving me absolutely crazy. The total service cost to address my concern? $150 instead of $1300. If you are looking for ethical mechanics in Norman area, stop by or call them to discuss the issue you have with your vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

This business ceased being an old-fashioned full-service station in 2010 and is now a Mr. Shortstop convenience store. It still has alcohol-free fuel and free air from a real compressor (now on the east side of the building, with pressure turned down too low for road bicycle tires). It is well-kept, including the unisex bathroom. Closes early for a convenience store at 10pm. The former operator, James Andrews, has moved his auto repair business to Brookhaven Auto. Go two blocks east of the 66 on Havenbrook, turn left on Rambling Oaks, and make the next right to reach Brookhaven Auto, which is a great old-school neighborhood garage offering competent and honest repairs.

Took my car in for AC repair, and they said the hose was leaking, they "fixed" that for 480$. Then of course my AC leaked out within a day. I brought it in again and they said they cant find the leak, so they topped it off. It leaked out.. Brought it back in and they said it was the condenser this time and the part costs 700$ (just the part). They seem to not think Google exists I guess. They lied about whats wrong with my car, they lied about how much new parts cost, and they overcharge like crazy. Then they come on here and say one star ratings are "suspect", lol. The place is crooked.

Fantastic shop. Took my truck in for a leaking water pump without an appointment. They got right on it and had it done within a couple hours. The mechanics went above and beyond just changing the pump as well. They took the truck and washed down the motor since it had coolest flung all over the place, they also fixed a minor problem with the cooling system for no extra charge. I do most of my own maintenance but when I have a problem I cant fix on my own Ill be coming back.

The employees are so very patient and kind! My car had sudden issues, and when I couldnt afford the repairs they offered to keep my car in their lot until I got paid--they didnt even charge me for holding it for nearly 3 weeks! My car was ready by the time I came in with the money, and it has been running beautifully ever since. They do excellent work and I will certainly be seeking their services in the future. =)

My starter went out right before I left for spring break. I had my car towed to Brookhaven and they worked with me over the phone to figure out the problem and let me keep my car in their lot for the rest of the week until I returned. They were very nice and professional and the price was great also! I definitely recommend them if you have any vehicle problems.

After towing our car to another mechanics garage and getting an analysis of the problem with our car we discovered that the guys at Brookhaven Auto had been untruthful about things they had "discovered" wrong with our car in an effort to charge us over $2000 for unnecessary and unsubstantiated repair work. Instead of $2800 we will spend $600 to repair our car.

I have a 2008 Smart car that it seems like every shop i would call would be to scared to work on it, NOT Jeff at Brookhaven they were more than willing to help and i have used them several times now. I will be using Brookhaven in the future with my other vehicle. They are very reasonable on their pricing and i feel they are very fair.

They explained the insurance process, let me keep my car there until an adjuster came, and they helped me find a body shop when I found out I didnt need their services. They have been maintaining my wifes vw passat for years (no small order.) Fast friendly service, good advice, and a fair price. What more could you want? Note: They have moved a few blocks away. The new repair shop is now near the cinema. Be sure to call before you drive over.
