Ive taken my old 88 chevy pickup here on numerous occasions for service, mainly because theyre the only general service station in this area that appears to be remotely trustworthy. Unfortunately their quality of work lacks consistency. The first time I took my truck there I had my brake lines replaced after that was diagnosed that as the cause of numerous problems that I had yet to find the cause of. This repair went excellent and I have never encountered anymore problems with the brake system, was a pretty pricey repair but it seemed worth the money. The second time I had to have my upper ball joint replaced and they botched it this time, they completely ruptured the boot and I ended up having to replace it myself along with all the others when a lower one separated several months later. After this I took it in to have the pitman and idler arm replaced, this was an excellent service and have had no problems. Aside from the lack of consistency in the service they also tend to be very pricey. They want 60 just for diags last I checked, and they wanted over 800 dollars to replace my A/C compressor, which I replaced myself later. All the previous repairs I had done were above average on the price, but the ones that were done right were done excellent. But despite this, they are willing to go extra distances for the customers which is one of the other things that kept me coming back. There were numerous times when I had no transportation because my truck was broke down and they drove my truck to my place of work for me, this was a personalized service and was a definite plus. So overall this place is above average, if they lowered their prices and provided more consistent quality I can say with confidence they would be the best general service dealer in Harlingen by far.

The people at this location were incredibly helpful and friendly. I called them today because I had a flat tire. They waited for me every though they were closed and took the time to inspect my car and find the problem. Finally when they figured out what it was they patched it up. It turned out that I needed a whole new tire, which was not possible to replace the same day. In the end they didnt charge me for any of their service. They even offered to drive me to work if I had to come in during the week and get my tire replaced.

I took my car in for a shake in it, unaware of the leaks to my rack and pinion and valve cover. Also got plugs and tires. The guys were ALL very caring and concerned for my familys safety! They are honest and told me my brakes were good. Other shops would have charged for it needed or not. They all have a sense of humor and all happy people who love their jobs! I would go there again if needed. Very knowledgeable and caring people!! 5 stars for yall!!

Fast, friendly, great service. Came in on a busy Sat afternoon for an inspection and after learning there was a long wait almost left but the rep behind the counter talked to a mechanic and squeezed us in right away, was only there 20 mins total. Very friendly personnel very happy with service, I would highly recommend this place.

Joe helped me out, I was looking for a full tune up. Joe took me into the garage with his flash light and pointed out everything that was going on. He helped me weight my opinions. I am very happy with customer service and work that has been done on my vehicle. These guys make it happen!

Okay these guys are probably pretty good to do medium to moderate work on your car but they need to turn the radio down in the back of the shop music there is way too loud
