Honest and friendly. One of my friends and his dad have been going here for years. When I got my 01 Dodge Cummins I considered going here and wish I did from the start. Im not completely clueless when it comes to auto repair but things like the transmission I have no clue how to diagnose or repair. I took my truck in for the latest fix for a failed lift pump. Harvey also looked at the tranny. Initial thought without him looking at it he said a complete rebuild would be needed which is between 3k and 4k. After looking at it, it was just low on fluid. We went from 3k / 4k to just under $200. He could have lied and done an expensive rebuild but opted for the honest answer which is hard to find these days. Cons Crappy horrid parking. Painfully slow. With that said I will still find some way to clear my schedule so that these fine people will work on my beloved truck.
