I had these guys come out and tighten four bolts on a sink. I remodeled my bathroom and my carpal tunnel inhibited me from being able to finish the job. I noticed the next day that the faucet was leaking a little and called Friday morning to get a tech to come out and fix it. NO ONE SHOWED. I paid them $97 to tighten four bolts, I had to call them back out because of a leak and then they leave me high and dry, so to speak. They finally call me on Monday morning and let me know that they have a tech that is available. What kind of crap is that???

I was needing an inspection of a sprinkler system backflow device. I read the other review here about Bolin, but went with Bolin anyway because the price was $97.50 as opposed to $150 that George plumbing would have charged. I faxed Bolin the paperwork, they set a time, and said I did not need to be present. They apparently showed up at the time they said, as the filled-out forms were waiting for me at the door. Smooth as could be. Well done Bolin Plumbing!

Trinidad and Alex installed a water heater for me. They were as perfectly professional as anyone could be. Careful and clean. Everyone at Bolin was great about letting me know when they will arrive and estimated cost. It almost makes me want to have another plumbing emergency!! Five stars for Bolin.
