Parker and Sons has some pretty shameful practices. We were initially quoted $800 to replace an AC fan motor. The service rep said hed be willing to bring the price down to $650 plus the $69 initial consultation fee because he was a "supervisor." After reviewing prices online for the motor we needed ($100) and a YouTube video, we decided we can replace the motor ourselves. We went to the Grainger Supply off of Deer Valley in North Phoenix and ended up paying $80 for a new motor. (Origional price of the motor $110, Grainger rep asked if either of us worked for a company that they can see if we have a group rate, it ended up I did, and the part cost $80). So assuming Parker and Sons gets their parts for a group rate as well that is a $700 markup. $700!! All you have to do to replace this part is turn off the unit, unscrew and unplug old motor, get the right replacement motor and plug it in... 45 minutes for us, and were not profressionals." This got me thinking, what do they charge people that are totally dependent on their services, such as the elderly or disabled? After reading other reviews, I am not alone the thought that Parker and Sons in a RIP OFF. We did not give them a chance to scam us any further.

They came to perform a static test after some foundation work. They had to install a cleanout in the front of the house under our flower bed. The guy I originally talked to said they would dig up the plants and put them back although they couldnt guarantee their survival, and I said that was fine. They didnt dig up the plants and instead trampled them all to death. The guy on the phone was nice enough to issue a refund. Then the guy that came to perform the static test had to remove one of the toilets to do so, and when he did he installed a new wax seal over the wax from the current one which caused wax to spew out from under the toilet on all sides and caused it to leak when you flushed it. My husband and I had to reinstall the toilet after scraping nasty wax off of our floor. It also ruined all the lenolium around our toilet (which we were planning on replacing eventually, just not right this second...so now our bathroom looks even worse than it already did)...the same guy complained when we tried to use a coupon we printed from the companys website.

Jim Parker and his plumber Tony provided the very best service with our plumbing issues. This company is honest, has fair pricing, and treats customers with respect. The price was exactly what was quoated, with no surprises. Tony was very professional and checked out all the issues we had completely. He was honest with his advice of our problems and clearly not trying to sell us the most expensive route. It was a pleasure to deal with Parker and Sons from start to finish. Its a relief to know of a company I have confidence in for future problems. I cant thank you guys enough for a caring attitude and great service!!

The water heater in my home recently stopped working after going strong for 10 years, so I decided to get a few estimates. Several of my co workers and friends recommended that I give Parker and Sons plumbing an opportunity to provide a quote. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the options they provided. My wife and I decided to let them handle our water heater installation. Their plumbers did a fantastic job and also were very conscious about keeping our home clean. We will be using Parker and Sons for all of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

About a month ago we had a toilet leaking in our office and decided to call out Parker and Sons Plumbing to repair it. The plumber was on time and explained what he was going to do to fix the leak. At that time we also mentioned the toilet had been overflowing on a monthly basis and he said hed take a look at that too. He was able to get everything repaired within 45 minutes and we havent had any problems since! Were very happy with their quality of service and professionalism..it also helps that we dont have to keep paper towels on the ready to clean up toilet water!

Excellent! My fiancee had a plumbing problem and Im working out of town for awhile. You can imagine how hard it would be to find a trustworthy plumber. She works long hours and its very hard to schedule anything. These guys were fantastic! They scheduled an appointment the same day I called, were there exactly as promised. They were honest and very quick with the repair. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. Very refreshing.

The work was professional, they answered all my questions, and even explained things they were doing I did not understand. Mr. Parker was contracted by the company leveling our home and his report was sent to them and me within 24 hours. Excellent, friendly, and professional company. Do not use this company. They charged us 5K for work that may not have been needed. Techs are sloppy and they caused permanent damage to our floors and our attic. They left a 3 foot hole next to our house for 2 weeks. The project manager quit during this ordeal. The owner is not honest. He never bothered to come to our property even after several complaints. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!

I was in good hands today with journeyman plumber Mark Rizley. He remained until all was better than before. He replaced a PRV and improved a mediocre repair recently done by another well known local company. The price remained reasonable despite the extra effort needed for the job. Well done Mark! Parker and Sons will be my first call in the future.

EXCELLENT Customer service! Quick to respond to our problem that needed addressed with our a/c. We came home from work one evening and it was 85 degrees in our house. All we had to do is call and they sent their tech out to fix the capacitor. While the tech was here, he also serviced out A/C unit and made sure everything was working properly.

While their prices are extremely competitive, their work doesnt feel cheap like some of the companies you can hire of off Craigslist or on a FB yard sale page. This is a reputable company with proven work and licensed, skilled technicians.

Amazing service!!! Called and came the same day within 2 hrs. Our toilet had to be re-fitted and snaked. They did a beautiful job on the re-fitting and got the large piece of plastic out of the toilet. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Great service, great people, hard to find these days!!!
