I apologize in advance for the novel Im about to write, but I really dont know where these negative reviews are coming from. I had never been here before NYE but Im glad I did. I needed to have one of my Ralph Lauren 3-piece suits cleaned and my assistant failed to include it in the pile of dry cleaning a few days prior because it was in its own bag. You can imagine my horror, especially considering it was NYE and, of course, my usual service (along with most, I would imagine) was swamped and said that there was no way they could have it done on the same day, especially not by 7:00PM. So I went to google maps on my way to work and it turns out that Afton Oaks is right down the road from my law firm. I told them my predicament and they said it would not be a problem. I dropped off a total of 4 items (jacket, vest, shirt, and pants) around 10AM and I around at 3:00PM, I was notified that my clothes were ready for pick up. Not only were the clothes clean, they also fixed a button on my oxford (its not normally noticeable) without my even mentioning it. Suffice to say, Ive been taking my clothes here ever since, with fantastic results. I have a white Brooks Brothers oxford that had a very stubborn blood stain on the sleeve from a - well thats not important - the point is that Ive had the shirt dry cleaned many times and it has never come out. I dropped it off out of habit and lo and behold...the stain was gone. Anyway, these people are great, the service is phenomenal, and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at this cleaner was HORRIBLE! The owner is flat rude and does NOT care about customer service. She lost a designer skirt of mine and kept giving me the run around for weeks about where it was and she charged me for the cleaning. I explained that I should be refunded for the skirt and for the cleaning. She ended up settling with paying me 50.00 for the skirt. I asked for a refund for the cleaning and she said, "I can refund for the cleaning and give you 25.00 for the skirt or you can take the 50.00 and leave." So, I left. I few weeks later, she called and said she found the skirt and if I wanted to come and pick it up, I could. I could not make it there so my co-worker offered to go for me and the lady at the counter was going to get it when the owner came up and said she gave it to the Salvation Army. Do not EVER use this cleaners. They have the worst customer service and do not deserve to have business or be in business with attitudes like theirs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! People here are extremely SHADY! and gave me the run around when I inquired about jackets I left there over 30 days. After 30 days, they give your clothes away and do not even bother to contact the customer. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!! There are too many other fine dry cleaners in Houston to settle for such poor customer care!!!

These guys have reasonable prices, and havent damaged any of my clothes (unlike many other cleaners). Turnaround is usually quick too.
